    Just found out Mr. Monteith passed away, this is how I remember him last. Loved this guy. This seemed like yesterday. He was 80 for gods sake.

    I first came across Mr Monteith when I was about 10 years old. Five decades later and his sketches still make me laugh.
    May your God go with you Mr Monteith... and thank you... thank you... thank YOU. 💐

    The Thank You skit is very my super favorite of Kelly. He had a unique way of relating to the audience.

    Funny and a very nice man. Was always a treat to seem him on the Tonight Show with Carson.

    Bobbie Gentry is 81 and Connie Stevens is 85. RIP Kelly and his leisure suit.

      I did, too. There's a great series of videos of him talking about the show and presenting sketches from it.

    Kelly was cited by both Brian Regan and Dennis Miller as being one of their early influences of sorts.
