Beautiful home but when u get into 200's and it's not including the land, taxes for the home, and to move the homes, where ever and the improvements, electric plus meter, carport, or garage, water, city water, or septic tank, u being paying 280,000.00 buy u a house already have land and 2 car garage

Wow. Good job on the walk thru. Funny, Oakwood went bankrupt in the early 2000s so they wouldn’t have to fix our home. Hopefully they’re better now.
