Did you skip the pantry and utility/laundry... Or did I miss it... I know this floor plan, I swear it has a butlers pantry then a small laundry area just off the kitchen. I adore this house, but, I need a family room, larger laundry and split master. Love, love the kitchen and master bath!!!
They can, but, it would cost you close to 30 to 40k to transport it. And no manufacturers in the north make this or any of the farmhouse models here in the North eastern part of the country . Its ridiculous. I looked into it.

Recreational Cottages will deliver. I don’t know how far. They’re based in TX and they’ve delivered a small house to TN. Check them out here on YT.
