- Just a few years ago, Orlando's luxury properties were anything over $1.5M. That's changed, with the average sales price of a luxury home in Orlando selling at over $2.5M! With new builds, teardowns, and coveted addresses all over Metro Orlando, it's easy to see why. So where do Orlando's Rich live? I'm glad you asked! Today we're going over the top 4 areas and neighborhoods where Orlando's wealthy are choosing to settle down.
Thinking of buying or selling a home in Orlando? I'd love to help! Email me at info@pozekgroup to get started!

I live in Lake Nona just moved here 6 months ago. Been trying to explore every part of Orlando need to see some of these area in person. Love this City. Im from Cleveland
Glad to hear you’re loving Orlando! I’m pretty fond of it as well
How is lake nona ?
@jay0604 It's a great area close to everything, really!! You have all your stuff right here, restaurant and shopping centers. Malls are 20 mins away, downtown is 25 mins, so you're close and far enough at the same time airport 5 mins. Nothing seems too far away. Everything is new, which is good and bad, lol. Everyone is happy and willing to say hello 👋🏾. It's a great lifestyle out of the way from anything negative. Make sure to speak to people, never know who you might meet in this area business wise 🙌🏾. I gotten great advice!! Disney and Universal are about 30 mins away also. So I highly recommend!! 🤙🏾Lots of ppl like to know this its a very diverse area, old, young, and different cultures so everyone will fit in. In less you are a party person just head downtown on Saturday and Sunday
Winter park is old money, lake Nona is new money
@@brandon7233 Is an also Winter Park older people and Lake Nona younger people ?
Lake nona doesn’t make sense to me really expensive properties next to a trailer park on boggy Creek next to Saint Cloud
Ken: "Where do Orlando's Wealthy Choose to Live?!"
Me: Looks at real estate prices in Orlando...""Everywhere"....
If you have kids, Winter Park has one of the best private schools of Florida. I love Winter Park!
The rich make you think they live in Orlando. When in reality the only 3-6 months here.
You can rent an apartment in Lake Nona for 1600 not bad for a entrepreneur that wants to network with wealthy individuals😅
Just Lamborghini urus casually passing by 4:09 😂
Told ya this is where the wealthy hang out lol
We just moved to Dr. Phillips area and totally in love with this location! 😍
Golden oak ,,, is the most incredible get a Community I’ve ever laid my eyes on
Every single person’s home is stunning. Every tree is groomed. There is no weeds in the grass.
I live in Lake Butler Sound. It’s decent. Across from Isleworth.
A bit better than “decent” lol
No Lake Butler Sound? College Park? Country Club of Orlando/Spring Lake? BALDWIN PARK!? (my old neighborhood before ex-wife got the whole house, not just her half 🤬 🤔)
I moved to the guard gated Sweetwater Club in nearby Seminole County/Longwood. H.O.A. is "only" 3k a year, for a bigger house, on a MUCH bigger lot, with a MUCH bigger pool, bigger/more garages, guesthouse, and even my own tennis court that I don't even need/use, also MUCH quieter; all for a fraction of the cost of the neighborhoods you named.
Adjacent Seminole County is a much better value IMHO. S.W.C., Alaqua/Alaqua Lakes, Markham Woods Road, Heathrow, even Timaquan, The Springs, Forest Lake, and Bear Gulley Pointe. If you even look at places like Spring Lake Hills, Spring Valley Club and the Crane's Roost Park area in Altamonte Springs, suddenly the (very nice) communities you mentioned will all seem WAY overpriced by comparison.
P.S. Celebration? Really? It's not that great, especially for the price/location 😕🤔.
I live in Lake nona obviously I'm a teen who lives in lake Nona moved from Kissimmee to lake nona in 2019 it's alr the schools are very crowded honestly I think it's a good place to live but I like places we're there is a lot of nature
No one describes homes and neighborhoods like you do…I’ve mentioned your vlogs to friends and now they are watching you..If this is living the dream, I hope someday you’ll be my trusted realtor…thanks
Surprised that none of the developments off of Markham Woods Rd made the list.
There are a few mansions near Downtown Orlando, Delaney Street.
Winter park would be my choice. All the amenities close by and still feels urban with character
cool …. but theres already too many 6 figure ppl from up north making the rest of orlando unaffordable for average locals.
most of the jobs in the state pay crap, especially and quite ironically those that work at Disney and this influx of wealthier residents exacerbates the problem.
What about Bella Collina?
You always do a great job adding exceptional video clips that accentuate each area that you're talking about.
I appreciate that! We’re looking to level up even more here in the future. Thanks for being a subscriber!
Windermere and Winter Park are not in Orlando. They are both towns in Orange County. I would not pick Lake Nona unless you like hearing airplanes flying overhead all day long. I am surprised you didn't mention Park Lake.
It is kind of weird that they just call everything Orlando. I know in my area I live close to two cities and all the other small towns are not considered part of those cities even though they tried to annex them. But I don't even think Disney or universal is even in Orlando??
Homie ignored historic areas
Pine Hills close to everything !
😂
Crime Hills!!!!!! Dirt cheap
California 😂
Hahaha! That’s where many are coming from for sure.
Thank you! ❤
Wow people paying more in HOA than some home loans in Orlando
Hi Ken, met you at Plant Street. What income level is considered wealthy in Orlando
Golden Oaks? Many homes cannot sell. You are right otherwise.
Move 7 yrs ago from NY AND Living in kissimmee and working for Orlando lynx.what I learn from watching vids I would of done things differently.
Incredible narration and presentation. Nice work
Suepr kind. Thank you!
Hello how can I get more information on the mid rise they are building in Golden Oaks? Do you know what it is called ?
Great video Ken! Where is the neighborhood at the 5:23 clip? The architecture looks like Parisian apartments/condos/townhouses? Thanks!
Are there gators in that lake he was wakeboarding in?
Always amazing videos, my friend! Lake Nona is truly spectacular! So happy to be here!
I noticed the homes in your video or for sale
Well, the first one is pending now
We’re looking in the area for the past year
Oh my what a beautifully done video and so interesting. Way above my price point but yea, fun to learn/see that piece of the market.
Nice video constructive comment the music was a bit loud ❤
I live in St Cloud and if you want a nice place, go to Winter Park. If you want traffic and all the bullshit that goes with it, Lake Nona is for you.
10k Yearly HOA............ What a life lol
I like the forest and the lakes
Beautiful neighborhoods! They are living the dream! Thanks for sharing!
5.3 millions 😮😮😮😮
I’d love for you to find out whose building that massive mansion on Palmer Ave in Winter Park it’s been almost three years in the making!
It's Marc Hagle
🔥🔥
Great job Ken!!
Yeah right
Dayuuuumn!
The best Florida realtor,by far,by far…
Hey thanks! I’m doing my best out here 😂
@@kenpozek We enjoy your vlogs so much and look forward to them every evening around dinner…keep being enthusiastic and yourself, thanks
Are those hoa's per month or year?
Per year
Lake Nona Country Club or Golden Oak
Like the “new thing” 👍
💪🏼💥🚀 haha thanks!
If you want to hear airplanes taking off all day long, live in Lake Nona
Funny enough, the way that Lake Nona Country Club is positioned, you can’t hear the airplanes at all. It has to do with the way the runways are set up. I’ve sat out on the golf clubs, patio, seen the planes in the distance, and you can’t hear them at all.
Town center is a different story
I love hearing the planes.
We never hear airplanes. Love Lake Nona! Sexy & safe.
You’re right, about the air and also car traffic…I think Ken would steer you in the right direction over any concerns, especially if your spending those kind of buck$, not many realtors are as enthusiastic and honest and he is.
Hi Ken, what does the golf memberships at 4 seasons and Isleworth set the average punter back? Id imagine this would be a pretty much essential purchase?
Four seasons is 65k + 1k/month
Isleworth is 100k+
I cannot imagine having enough money to live anywhere I want and choosing Florida.
Florida, no. Orlando, yes. 😂
Many of the world's billionaires have houses in Palm Beach/Manalapan, Jupiter, Naples, Miami Beach, Star and Palm Island(s), and Ft. Lauderdale.
Money no object, I personally might go somewhere on the water in Miami Beach like Golden Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach area.
