This one was not for sale but to replicate would be about $2M for a lakefront lot then another $3M-$4M depending on finishes and features. There’s not many modern lakefront homes in all of Orlando. Need to find a tear down lot and build

This was the 2023 showcase home, it’s a lived in home, not currently for sale. In Dr Phillips off of Kilgore “millionaire’s row” Orlando
This is definitely the most intelligent home I have ever seen....everything except that huge cross window was perfect and the other drawback was no wellness area.....

haha Dr Phillips is awesome! I used to live there. The Butler chain of lakes, Restaurant Row, Universal/Disney nearby.... just tough to find new homes there and it's expensive
