To appreciate the builders’ skill and a piece of real estate that very few get to lay eyes on
Absolutely stunning renovation! I love the modern yet soft stylings that have become so popular in lux estates. So bespoke and love that beautiful show kitchen (also love the pantry/prep kitchen area). Massive fridge and freezers that are like bank vaults in size with the exquisite matching wood paneling. Are the massive windows downstairs motorized Fleetwoods that can pocket into the walls for that outside in feel? Perhaps one of the best wine cellars I've seen (have been a collector for well over 30 years). Not only climate controlled but zero exposure to light, well laid out storage, and the door appears to be locking (VERY important). You would be surprised how many high end home builders screw up the wine cellar....not this one.
Congrats to the amazing work of Farina & Sons! I literally cannot find a single flaw in this home. This would be my forever home for sure. I see it's not for sale but what would the price point be?
You are an aficionado of luxury homes, I can tell! There is no price for this but if I were to find a $5M “good bones” lakefront home and gut it, farina would surely be a great choice to make sure it’s done right. Thanks for watching

@@Mattshank-uo6jl I have no idea how much this project was, but theoretically I'd say give or take a few million, and it all depends on what we can get the good bones larger property for. Also depends on level of finishes and leaving rooflines alone vs additions/etc. But I would like to see more of this trend where we take some of the mediterranean out of these estates and freshen up the amazing locations. We are filming a $12MM peninsula lakefront property in 2 weeks that could use a freshening up and would be one of a kind thereafter.

I don't know the exact amount but this had to be well over $2M to take on. entirely new roof trusses, larger window openings, every surface touched. House had great bones and a great lot- but it needed everything
I think after that kind of a job they were building a new house. To me is 4M+
@@Peter-ok9bj yeah you're probably right. that pool is at least $250k. And the lowen window package alone probably $500k plus. Anyways I don't want to speculate as it is not a for sale home and cost numbers are not released. But good on them for having such an amazing property and committing to updating it right.
The contractor did a magnificent job. My hat is off to him.

Beautiful house but one negative for me Is that I didn't see not one stand alone bathtub in the whole house. Especially in the primary suite. There was more than enough space for it.
Good point- my wife is a tub person so she’d had made space for it there instead of such a huge shower most likely.

Was never for sale. This was a whole-home renovation that took over a year to complete and north of $2M. The lakefront setting and exclusive neighborhood alone is one of the best in Central Florida, now "new"

@@sanjayparekh71 of course- I will say this area and street in particular has some of the most expensive "dirt" in all of central florida, so just the land alone would be worth a pretty penny. Not to mention the basically new 10k square foot house. Thanks to the owners for letting us show off their renovation
