@Jordo no, peoples minds just work differently. If a fish spends its whole life being told it should try harder to climb that tree, it's going to think its retarded.
I have zero visual memory, full stop. My mind works in sounds and motion. So I have to find way to translate that into art. If I spend the rest of my life trying to train something that isn't there, I'm going to have a bad time.

Ok guys ,so i've done some research on mind ,visualization ,experiments and stuff and i really actually started to get steps closer to drawing like him,i just need a bit better visualization and expand my visual library.
    So prerequirements:
    -perspective
    -hand control
You really have to get very good at perspective.
Now,last week i was curious how could i draw from my mind because well it is hard for most of us.What i did was to try to draw with eyes closed and solely focus on my imagination while drawing what i see there.
I began drawing,i drew for a while.Eveything that i drew was very close to what i had in mind. So,practice drawing eith eyes closed it really helps.
Also important tip:when visualizing whatever part of the image that is faint construct it by yourself with the knowledge you have and guess how thinks should look.
You have to observe everyday and when you observe things,as you look at them try to look through them and imagine the simple 3d shapes and try to make some kind of mind palace placing your deconstructed objects in ur mind, with practice you ll get faster.
Practice everyday drawing with your eyes closed, for me the next day there was already a big improvement on my visualization.
After you get a better hang try to still focus on your imagination but with eyes open and look anywhere except at what you re drawing and keep focusing on the image.
This is from personal experience and i start to realize that kim jung gi is no specialty he just gathered a big visual library,he s good at perspective and has good visualizing. He invested his skill "points" towards that while other artists are better at painting composition etc.

I bought one of those pens last weekend. It does help you keep a light touch and makes drawing shapes really smooth. Sadly, mine didn't come with the magic.

He is teaching you a great lesson, is thinking in big shapes and perspective before making the first trace in your paper. People in the only thing that think is becoming as fast and pricise as him without basic knowledge of perspective and form. It takes time but if you practice to improve, not practice for the sake of practice. you are going to be good. Not as him but good enough to start developing your own styke and way to create your own artwork.
