    November update: when it was peak COVID (March, Sydney) and every shop and studio was closed, I came across this awesome video by Kat and died the first time - but have been doing it 3-4 times weekly at home since then! Fast forward to today and I can do side and middle splits easily anytime and I have become stronger (I noticed this when I went back to the studio again) this is one of the best works outs :) thanks Kat

      Wow that is awesome! I just did this today, though I also found Cat during peak COVID times. Definitely one of the more powerful ones and reading your comment's made me want to do this more so I can do the splits easily!

      Great to hear you're repeating videos over and over. I did that with Bryan Kest's Power Yoga series, repeating then thousands of times over a decade plus. There are three of them, and they're on TH-cam.

    This was the perfect flow for me! I completed my 200hour YTT late last year and have recently been a little lazy with my practice. I am now feeling energized, completely buzzing on endorphins, all the noise in my mind has stopped. Feeling re-inspired to commit to my practice and reconnected to my body. Thank you so much!

    So I'm probably more in the beginner-moderate range but I loved this. There were things I definitely skipped since I wasn't there in my practice, but a small victory is that I got up into half-wheel! Wheel is one of my goals (but I'm also super wary to dive in because of a lower back injury), so this was huge for me! Thanks, Cat!

    ive been looking for the perfect yoga practice that targets most parts of my body: arms, legs, back bends, opening hips.. so good! THANK YOU💖 saved into my favourites for my go-to practice ❤️
    EDIT: been doing this video for two weeks with no more than 2 days in between and my legs, core and hip strength feels so much stronger. This DEFINITELY my go to during covid-19 self-iso Lol!! ❤️

    I really enjoyed the cool down in this flow. It was so seamless that I almost didn't notice we were nearing the end. Great workout, I was so sweaty by the end. Perfect amount of instruction and I really love how happy I can tell that you are to be teaching and sharing this class. I'll be returning to this one for sure. Thanks Cat!

    More than a year later, still my favourite practice to do from time to time to switch up my own practice. A little challenging, spiritual and all-body practice for virtually everyone who has some experience. Highly recommend!

    "Let comes what come, let go what go, see what remains". I love it- I wish i could... nah, I am working on being that succinct myself. That and eagle legs in down dog (garudasana legs/adho mukha savasana)? Love it Cat, brilliant!!! (I like garudasana arms everywhere- especially in gomukhasana, straighten tall, then bend at the waist, helps my tight hips/lower back so much). And somebody wrote about the timing of the impromtu inversions is great- so true! Keep it going bud!

    great intermediate flow! i like that the pace is a bit faster than other intermediate vinyasas i've come across. Also that you don't spend too much time going through all the variations during the practice

    I had been trying for 6 months to get into the right savasana. I just could never make my lower back touch the mat as i used to have anterior pelvic tilt. After this flow, I finally made it for the first time! It was so dynamic, made me sweaty yet so conscious and I absolutely loved it!

    Thank you for the flow! Especially grateful for the cue to raise the legs in the first bridge pose. This seemed to allow for ease in entering the wheel, a first for me. After years of trying. You can imagine the exhilaration!

    Amazing as usual. It would be super sound if you could do a video on yoga for chefs! I find myself standing for very long hours and hunched over a little more than I should as I'm fairly tall. I love your power flows but something more specific would be rad!

    This is one of the first flows I did with you, back in November 2019. I remember not being able to do a lot of the poses and telling myself I would keep doing this flow until I was able to do it all, haha. More than a year later and being part of the Soul Sanctuary community I can happily say I didn't just stick to this flow until 'I was able to do it all', haha, but I've kept practicing, daily. There are still a few poses I'm working on but mostly I can say I am proud I am able to follow your pace and content with what I can and cannot yet do. :) Thank you Cat, this - alongside with the 1-hour power Vinyasa flow - was one of the flows that got me into daily yoga practice. Thank you, x.

    Really nice class chica! I love that you work the leg and hold it, its very does crap up the quad! but beneficial, hopefully with time it will go . like ballerinas have to do this training! Love the POWER and love the challenges!. Thank you!

    I am super picky on yoga classes and assumed this would be just another basic, boring flow. Boy was I wrong. Impossible to get bored as you kept us moving...just like I love. A wonderful all over body workout. I feel great! Thank You! 💜💜💜

    perfect video for intermediary level - vigorous, dynamic and simply flows very well. As remarked by some of the fellow yogis, it sheds some cheerful lights on the drab home quarantines.

    Thank you so much, this is amazing; how quick we got into action, how bendy and necessary all stretches were, and the very good transitions, nice and smooth, natural... I didn't know your channel, and your flow was really what I needed today, to draw some anxiety and sadness out. It leaves you feeling shiny and grounded. (Surprisingly, it happened to pop out from TH-cam feed). Thank you for making me feel challenged and capable... ;) This was really great.

    Great training. It became amusing even in the greatest of pain - no where close to a split - hearing you talking about hanging out in a split.
