Original Vs Replica Piston - Beta Vertex Piston kit

This is a comaprasion between original and replica Piston from Vertex, for a 300cc cilinder for Beta 2020. One piston is original from beta, model 2018-2020 , other is replica 2013-2017. Same size A, and same 71.95mm. The big difference is the height , original is with 10g more heavy, 255g, and replica is 245g. and other diffence is top shape of piston, replica is flat on top, and original is convex. And some little dirence in finishing and insade shape.

I was searching an aftermarket piston for a RR 250 Racing 2023. It seems that all aftermarket pistons from the older models are not the same as the original in 2023. I especially compared it with a Prox 01.7313.B. The piston seems to be the same as the original Vertex, but the piston skirt of the Prox piston is a little bit longer. From piston top to the piston pin hole the measurement is the same. By filing down the skirt of the prox it will fit.
