Today I've tried this variation,I really feel the difference than previous. Thanks 😊
Wtf is this ???bro half ass burpees dude
Thank you for this. I'm just starting to get fit, and want to make sure I don't get injured along the way, so this will really help

This is how I do my Burpees with push-ups. . . I just thought I was too fat to do the regular version. Turns out I'm just revolutionary 😅
ya, I was taught to do pushups with it too!
Ahh im going to start doing them like that too, with pushups. Thanks!
Yea with push up it's gonna be little bit harder
I didn't realize pushups and jumping as high as you can afterward weren't normally part of it
YOU ROCK!!!! I absolutely hate burpees, but they are one of the best routines for total body. Thank you!
Omg..huge difference. I can actually do way more burpees. Thank you for this video
Thank you, I've been doing burpees like this for 2 weeks and the results are amazing. I never have any joint pain.
guys n gals always warm up and work on ur mobility as well...this was an awesome example of a safer Burpee...u can also walk one leg up at a time GOOD LUCK FRIENDS N MOTION IS LOTION💪🏿👊🏾😉
Seriously, I need this man to train me.

💯 %!!!!!
It’s a great body weight work out for me but no wonder why my knees been hurting after 7months of 100 burpee/12mins everyday. Thanks!
This is so helpful! I just did three or four reps just now and I had no pain in my knees! Thank you so much 😊
Love your sensible approach!
That's amazing! I can't believe I'm saying this but I can't wait to try a burpee now!! 😆
Waiting my friend❤️
🤥
Jesus it makes all difference in the world. I’ve been straining and over stretching my lower back this entire time
This was exactly what I was doing wrong. Thank you for sharing
Right because my goal with weights and exercise is to make them easier.😅
J'king, anything that saves knees is good advice. I'm in my early 60's and wish I could go back and NOT destroy my knees. I've had both replaced and that surgery SUCKS. Thanks brother.
Makes so much sense wow lol ty for this tip ❤
I always wonder if I jump too wide when I do a burpee. When I'm teaching a class & catch a member jumping in narrow like that, I try comparing it to hopping into a squat position. But I've thought a time or two that I might've been overcompensating. It hasn't caused any discomfort though, so hopefully I'm not. Great demo, I'll have to share this!!
I had to learn this the hard way. Thanks for putting this out there.
This made it so much easier. Just did 3 so easily as a test. Now I'm motivated. Thank you!!
OMG. Doing this wrong forever. Thank you.
Not wrong, but correct. The version in the video is just an easier variation.
Oooh!… as a person who’s always hated and avoided them, ima try this! Thank you 👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💕🙏
this is actually very helpful. Thanks G
In my workout I'm doing 25×4 burpees and this was very helpful ❤
Before I was unable to do it correctly. Thank you Sir it helped me a lot🙏.
Thank you! I have seen sooooo many people darn near nosediving to the floor and then using more energy to push from the floor and it always looks incomplete
Great tip sir. Hip hinge and squat stance is so important for our joints. Thank you for this great video.
THANK YOU!!! This has been a game changer for me.
This works so much better, great video.
I love that last quote
Actually it helped me alot,, now i can do complete one set (25 reps) with no rest in between
Thank you so much

Thanks MUCH for this info!
This is very helpful THX!
Thank you , very much appreciated for this info
It helps a little. The wide stance is hamstrings and glute dominant. Do both versions. And also people should do patella stretches.
Very helpful, thank you
I tried this..it works lol!!!
This was really helpful 👍

Thank you sir. Salute 🔥
Awesome knowledge I love it. 💯💯
thank you so much for this information. helpful
Thanks for showing more of a legit squat than just a huge bend or cantilever at the waist. Will most people actually do this? Of course not but you did show it right and that's all you can do. Happy New Year!
Thank you I needed it .
Hi there, thanks for your tip, last time I did my Burpees, I have a back ache, so now if I widen my legs and stabilize, I will not feel strain, appreciate your help ❤
I have tight hips, and widening stance helped a ton!
Good tip, thanks for sharing
Thank you This will help me with Burpee‘s since I’m a beginner😊😊😊
Thankyou for helping me having good posture for burpee
Ayo thanks! Needed this haha
I've seen this variation called a Gorilla Burpee; I do them this way because after tearing a few things in my left knee a couple of years ago I can't 'squat' down while keeping my knees and feet together any more without lots of discomfort and concerning noises coming from my knee. You get a bit more Quad involvement this way too because you're sort of squatting down then squatting up again instead of bouncing around on the balls of your feet.
I'm doing 100burpess for 30 days so thank-you so much for this info
Thanks, Great video!
Please post burpee low impact or standing alternatives:) TIA
Use variation of burpees: you demonstration two variations & BOTH are correct. Liken it to the Deadlift e.g. sumo: conventional & Straight Leg Deadlift, ALL are correct with different emphasis & benefits!!!
I tried it your way today - definitely was less stress on my knees and back🦾💯💯🦾💯 great advice ✔️👍🏼
I need a one to one with this guy he has so much to offer
Thank you for this. Now I can do burpees.

Thanks. Great tip
It worked out so much better for me thanks
I feel less knee pressure and less tension in my back and ankles.
What a happy guy 😊

Can You Do An Alternative To Burpies For The Heavier People That Can't Do Them .. ( Thanks In Advance! )
This just changed my life😂❤
I have posture problem. This is the best solution it seems makes it easier who have back problem.
That helped a lot ty :)
Good stuff ❤
this moves the work to the posterior chain. glutes, hams. Doing straight leg / close knees uses more quad and calves. if you avoid and coddle a weakness, it just gets worse. if this hurts your knees, search the knees over toes guy. he has an easy progression to fix knees. if you are rounding your back, you need to fix poor hip mobility. ...or do burpees like this guy and let those problems grow.
can you elaborate
@@adiladam2502 ok. which part of the movement would you like me to break down? form on a burpee is very tunable

I did 1000 burpees in 47:26 mins once, I started by aiming for 100 every 6 mins. Once I mastered that I just kept working that time down, great feeling after. Keep working people 💪 ❤️ 🫁
Love explanation but would help me finishing with a demonstration of full proper exercise 🎉
Really really helped me
