I use to do outside work when it was 95 to 100 degrees. I can tell you those mask will keep you cool from your sweat. It’s not like a normal ski mask it’s made from a material that keeps you cool in the heat.

He said he couldn’t even do one, so I told him that’s perfect ! 2 weeks into it, he just showed off that he can bang out 25 pushups smoothly and says his wife saw a change in his physique. Please be ware of your body. I’ve tried plenty of routines coming from this channel, I would say I’m a very fit person. I took some months off, and this video motivated me enough to try it out. I was only able to do 100, I think I might’ve failed at around 70-80. I was so fucked up lmao I never had a routine kill me the way this one did. Absolute killer, one of the hardest routines I’ve tried.

for people just starting. dont worry about how fast you are... just get it done, keep up a good pace.. do this 20-30minutes. you dont even have to eat 100% correct. just 70-80%. if anything eat good sunday-thursday. part the friday and saturday

If you're looking for something even more difficult for challenging yourself with pushups or any workout, I strongly strongly suggest studying isometrics. What you're doing is called isotonics which consists of concentric and eccentric extensions of muscles. However isometrics are different because there is no extension of the muscle. As a example rather then doing 120 pushups, try to do 1 pushup for 3 minutes. Meaning from the start position you set a timer for 3 minutes to start or 2 depending how strong you are. If you can go down and back up but make it take 2 minutes for 1 push up your gains will be insane. This is the most anime protagonist workout possible for humans. Good luck and if you have questions feel free to ask. Isometrics are the key.
Isometrics only lead to significant gains if you are starting it from a weaker baseline. If you're just getting started, 100% these are fantastic because they are low impact and high yield. Once you reach a certain point, like these guys in the video, isometrics are better as a supplement to build endurance. Their gains would be small doing just iso.

The best way to explain it is if you experience adrenaline and do something strenuous then you can literally detach muscles off bones by overexertion, adrenaline is what gives you access to that muscle ability. Isometrics will allow you to access that power without adrenaline. Isometrics are the best workout for humans.

At the end of the day it don’t matter if you do 120 push ups in three minutes or just one as long as you do it day in and day out you will see more success than someone who doesn’t do anything. Find the exercise routine that brings you the most enjoyment and stick to that, it will be easier to keep going if you don’t hate doing it.
@@luket1017 false, consistently doing 120 reps in any form will wear out your bursa/joints sooner then isometrics or 1 rep being held constantly. I learned from chiropractors who did their best teaching massage therapists about the importance of muscles and how people aren't taught the most efficient method. Why you don't know the most efficient method? Because the system is designed to milk the unknowing. Did you know humans are designed to sleep a specific way? There are basic truths in life, whatever school system you learned from didn't teach you the truth. They taught you their briefs, not the truth.
