I grew up on pavlova as an Australian stable and we still have it and love it’s light sweet airy joy with fruits custards brandy cream it’s just easy no fuss and welcomed at any get together
Tried this recipe and it turned out perfect!!! I used the same recipe and made mini ones to share w my colleagues and divided it into 9 . Super cute! But i used cream cheese frosting instead of just whipped cream to balance out the sweetness. It was so delicious. Thank u!!
Never made pavlova before and this recipe turned out great, look (and sound) exactly like the one in the video! The steps are easy to follow. Tasted nice. I used yellow kiwi fruit. Thank you :) Cut down sugar? I wont recommend. Pavlova is supposedly very sweet. And you add whipped cream and fruits to balance the sweetness.

Каждый решает сам как лечиться и что делать со своим здоровьем. Думаю что пищевые паузы на сутки на воде тоже принесут пользу здоровью. Но это всё нужно делать со знанием дела. Хорошо вы сначала узнать о пользе голодания. Например Поль Брегг написал хорошую книгу о голодании. Во благо Вам. )
I fold in lemon curd straight into the whipped cream. It's SO good!! I've never used kiwis as one of my fruits so not sure how that would go together but strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and even blackberries with a lemon curd whipping cream is chef kiss perfection... 😋
I love Pavlova cakes and will try this one already this weekend myself. It also suits me so very well, because I do not digest flour and this cake has no flour at all. Thank you.

120 - 130c for 90 minutes is much too hot, they will become brown from outside and sticky raw inside. Not more that 90c for 1 hour, and then 1 hour with slightly opened oven door ; )
But isn't that the idea? By the looks (as we can observe in the video) it's exactly how it turned out, slightly browned outside and a fluffy sticky marshmallow inside
I love this recipe so so much. Super easy to make and super delicious! Great way to use up leftover egg whites too! I've made this multiple times and shared it with my family who also loved it! I made this today! It came out perfect. I do this in my toaster oven. I use a surface thermometer to check the temperature because mine is offf!!! This is a perf cat recipe.

The second one got stuck and cracked that I had to make a new one The new one also got stuck, I was forced to take it to the customer on the baking tray 😂 Luckily it's someone I know so I wasn't as embarrassed as I would have been had it been someone else
