Do u have a recipe for the dough from scratch
No. I used store bought.
I am bosnian and my mum never precooked the mince when she made Burek, way too dry
That meat looks soo dam DRY like where’s the sauce in it????
If it were too moist it’d ruin the recipe, making the borek soggy instead of crunchy. The recipe is like that
