Here's the video breaking down how the reactor works: • I turn Plastics into F...
Feel free to ask any questions, I'll be reading every comment!
I believe with the world wide crisis we are facing now, we require a world wide solution. And this is why I believe we need decentralized devices such as this Reactor. Think about it, even if there is just 1 reactor in every community, that will put a huge dent in plastic waste and pollution.
Due to this, I do not wish to make a singular specialized Reactor, once I master and complete this one, I want to make all different types, of all different scales and sizes.

Man had to stop everything to see what’s going on today with the pyrolysis reactor this is my daily juice I need

Glad you're still working at it and staying reasonably safe. Cheers.

I don’t know all the details of this project, but if the process creates a lot of heat/pressure, would be cool to see if you could also use that heat/pressure byproduct to power a turbine of any scale once the reactor becomes a lot more consistently stable

    Nice work Jab 🤘

An idea to make the sheets stop bursting: you could add pressure to the other side of the sheet, the outer part of the waveguide, equal to the pressure inside so the sheet wouldn't have to withstand holding the pressure of the vapor back.

Buddy once you have the right pressure fittings and the welded component are penetrated and cap off the right way you're all good.✌🏾 Great job tho... it looks more professional.

Could you put something like a Tiki Torch / Alcohol Torch, or *Maybe* one of those plasma lighters (maybe modded with remote wires/wall power instead of battery?) to instantly ignite the syngas, even if it periodically goes out?
That and/or maybe make some sort of torch/flare assembly?
Would be neat and prevent any gas clouds!

you could smooth and round the edges of the agitator to try and help with the internal sparking

Another thing too if these still remain a bit outside of your *current* capabilities, you could make something like an Auger Fed Continuous Charcoal Kiln or something else charcoal related, and use those simpler projects to build up your channel and get more views+patron people?
That and/or a Resistive or Inductive Heated one, (or maybe that crazy electric arc plasma gasification shit lol), and maybe integrate syngas heat into that?
I’m rambling, but *if this one doesn’t work well enough/reliable enough* (Big if, this one is damn nice) you can do all sorts of other projects related to the subject that may not need NASA spec hardware!
(Also it may just be like “wait until funds for fuckin saphire windows” or something too)
(And if you can get this far with this project, imagine what else you can do!)

Also, a pressure relief valve would be a wise ideal.

It would seem that you should have a motor turning your stirring/agitation mechanism.

Hmm just a thought why not build one out of a boiler or a water heater?

Too expensive at the moment because of the size.
