He's not doing anything special or new. This process has been around for 147 years now. This is amore refined process but it's still terribly inefficient 30-40% of the energy you put in gets wasted as heat. So it's not a self sustaining practice and it would consume more fuel than it makes to make the fuel. UNLESS you put it on a nuclear, or renewable grid.
This isn't the first man to make diesel fuel ⛽ from plastic. He actually made it pretty difficult. A guy on some island does it with a few tubes and metal cans. No need for all this mess.
Keep up the great work! I would suggest that you make a long format version explaining your design so we know how to make it so this type of technology can spread. It is much harder for oil company’s and such to stop this if you are not the only one doing it. Keep up the great work and keep making improvements!
At first I thought that you were crazy to show how your machine works in fear that Big energy will have you “taken out” then I saw your video of you stating that if it happens, it happens; you’re showing your machine so that we can all create one. You’re amazing kid!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

incorrect plastic pyrolysis is an inneficient process. hes not going to upset existing energy markets on the other hand this is a fantastic method of waste management and should be supported and promoted
Great job brother keep moving forward and this idea soon when you make the smaller and each home has one where they can put their plastic in and get fuel would be a great achievement for humanity

Your main hub should be cone shaped as it will funnel the gas. Also condensers should be continuous. Try to be near a body of water. The cooler works for the back yard. Also you can gravity feed the plastic in. One last thing, put used diesel and used engine oil in the plastic and carbon mix.
