I’d suggest putting the cut off to the main outside the panel, if something goes wrong inside you don’t wanna be sticking your hands in there. Great job tho! Keep it up!
Get a small fan or ac for and cooling the cabinet down, my suggestion is to measure how hot it gets when you running it under load to see how much heat it generates and work from there!
Bro the fact he has wired up a switch board so neatly and perfectly BLOWS MY MIND the guy is doing things PEOPLE IN AUSTRALIA DO 4 YESR APPRENTICESHIPS TO LEARN THISSSSS IS CRAZY INTELLIGENCE !
I know how power Works somewhat I'm not an electrician I can't make any real statements here but I love your enthusiasm and I love your ingenuity. People like you save the world we need more
Makesure you get some kind of airflow for that cabinet so it don’t overheat! And I’d upgrade all of it to run off solar!!! Free energy to power pyrolysis!
Plastic pyrolysis is not a new technology. It's extremely impressive that he built such a large reactor in his back yard, I can't wait to see what else he can do, but this isn't going to revolutionize or change anything unless he can cut the energy usage by at least one order of magnitude.
Might seem Crazy to say this but that paint on that metal cabinet is going to conduct static electricity. Maybe it's fine, it just appears to have the potential to offer short circuit amps to the few meters of conductor that could blow out.
You need a shunt trip breaker my man. Normal breakers don’t open at fast enough rate than shunt breaker for emergency shutdowns. Electrical fire nothing to play around with. Also watched you from the beginning strong believer in wat your doing.
Seems to me that if plastic to fuel converter really worked...there would be, more proof of the gas part of it working, more demonstrations, less fluff and there would be some major money coming in to buy it off of him or work with him. GG for working the "influencer" aspect though...that part for sure is going to make you enough money to buy all the gas you want.
Curious, have you looked into load efficiency ie diffrent combo between weight of input matter and diffrent variables such as time spent in cycles-Heat -Number magnetrons per distance measurement-blade speed and intervals -partical size of matter-amount of pascals- insulation type- tube diameter. For effectiveness or efficiency in production and how it effects the net returns on the carbons weight, synthetic gas,or the platic diesel. W(kg)+T(mins)+H(c)+M(cm)+S(sec)+I(cm)+P(mm)+V(pa)+Ti(c)+D(cm)=C(kg):S(btu):Pd(L)~Output/Input & (η).
It would cost far more than the market price of fuel, pyrolysis is a very energy intensive process. I don't think he's doing it to produce fuel, he's doing it to recycle plastic into something more useful than pollution.
Definitely put the switch somewhere its safer to reach. Or maybe have an emergency shutdown switch outside . Its not about the fire but also the electricity
Can you use light for heat instead? Im thinking out loud here - but i hear alot of people's criticisms based on laws of thermodynamics/loss of energy. Nevermond the fact that energy stored in a dense, relativley stable statededium has value beyond simply "power in /power out" - i think you ciuld mitigate it by using solar power - literally by using a magnifying glass. But idk if it could scale- but i think you could control temperature by using "aperture" but imagine a vertical cylinder with a "magnifying glass lid" you still have to solve the vaccuum probelm of the closed aystem, but you wouldnt have to use microwaves - limiting the power consumption. Juat thonking out loud. You also miss out on night time pridu tion and reduced production in bad weather. Idk. Props to you for being foreard thinking
This was all done by Washington University, in 2021 they invented a system that could turn plastic into multiple fuels in under 60mins at 220 deg centigrade 🤷♂️
Plastic pyrolysis has been known about for a very long time, and I don't think he claimed to have invented this so I'm not sure what the point of your comment even is.
What an intelligent healthy and mental sound young man with bright ideas
Why do white people always sound surprised when black ppl are articulate

Sound advice.
Third this, also work out some sort of ventilation/cooling for the cabinet its looking pretty hot in there already
He did what you suggested. Pretty cool!
Sent you a tenner. Keep innovating you glorious bastard.
Much love!
I'm so glad cashapp and youtube have been good to this genius! Love your stuff

I think mark rober should collab with this awesome guy.
@MarkRober should absolutely invite this kid to crunch labs, the things he could do with support and resources will be REALLY impressive.

Have you figured out how much it cost per gallon yet? Looking sweet either way.
Remotes sounds cool but seems vulnerable to sabotage, I think most commercial plants use key-boards for their generators.

So it costs more to make the fuel then the price of the fuel.not practical but still cool.
