If i can recommend one tweak to the design; if you extend the drive shaft the full length of the unit and add support along the length to each flight, then add a support bearing at the other end, you'll create a stronger unit. Plus i can't help but think that with all the weight resting on the bottom, that youll eventually start to wear the bottom of the chamber, decreasing the wall thickness. Why not use a solid screw? I'm quite curious, and am very impressed on how this has progressed so far. Keep up the good work!

When you pull vacuum on this contraption it has to exhaust and I'd like to see what kind of PPE you use when operating this machine and some of the measures you take to mitigate risk
If you use silicone carbide as an insulator it might help evenly distribute the heat generated by the microwaves evenly around the innermost layer of the reactor. It doesn’t absorb microwaves and heats up transferring the heat to the plastic waste material

The machine uses far more energy producing the oil. It's not a viable solution to anything. This tech has been around since the late 1800s and it's always been set aside because the volume of material used and the energy needed to complete the process will never under any circumstances come remotely close to being able to power the machine. This isn't new or special people are just dumb and don't understand that every distillation process has a massive net loss of product.
