I just got my Neiko and you definitely got a dud driver, mine holds the bits just fine. However the hinge was gummed up with dried paint so I had to open and close it a few times to get it move smoothly

My OEM version of the kershaw doesn’t fold back past 180 it locks solid

I think every tool maker and brand has good stuff out there, and as i mentioned in the video, OEM is generally a pretty good one, but with branding comes quality control. I'd rather order something once and know it's good than have to order it a couple of times in order to find the one that functions as it should.
Now, how do you like that style of blad with bits? Pretty cool stuff huh?!
