Just don't pop your pimples so you can avoid scarring. Everything else will disappear over time. Its been about 2 years since I got off Accutane( which permanently cured my horrible acne, btw. I'd recommend seeing a dermatologist about Accutane if nothing else works) and I'm still working on getting rid of some spots, so don't be discouraged because they do go away. Scarring is another thing, though. That's a lot harder to fix.

I don't know if you'll believe me, but mindset is key. Just stand in front of mirror and tell yourself EVERY SINGLE DAY: I'm beautiful, I'm worthy and I'm pretty with or without acne. I started to have this mindset and my acne started to disappear. You just have to believe that you are pretty and that the acne is just an obstacle, not a feature. English isn't my native but I really tried to explain that you have to beieve in yourself and that you are worthy. Love you❤️

I went through the same thing honestly and it's about taking care of yourself too, like eating wise, drink lots of water, eat less sugar, and eating healthier. It can be different to everyone of course because we all have different skin types. But I also used curology which was super simple, cleanser, moisturizer, and night cream, easy to follow but hard to keep consistent in with cleaning your face in the morning and at night. I'm glad I changed these things about myself, and now my skin is glowing! I dont eat pizza as much bc I break out, I dont consume as much sugar, greasy foods too because that also causes me to break out. I do take multi vitamins with collagen and sometimes a protein shake with collage and I see that it helps me too. Having a positive mindset is good to keep in mind like "I am beautiful, I love myself, I love me." Things like that is good because it is a challenge and worth it for yourself. I hope this helps.💕

And it’s alright. I believe you will definitely clear up your skin! I had acne for 5 years, it finally cleared up, but it comes occasionally. It’s okay. same, although i'll also admit genetics are a part of it for me. i was never super acne prone (there's usually a max of 5 pimples at a time on my face,) however, my pores were always VERY noticeable, and my skin was otherwise very dull. a strict skincare regimen + diet improvement really did fix a lot. we have a lot more control over our bodies than we seem to think! of course some things can't be changed, and improvement won't happen overnight. but self care really does work.

People who want glowing skin/clear, glass skin like koreans: DO THESE!
    For skincare:
    1. Make sure to use a good oil based cleanser that works for your skin!!
    2. After use a foaming cleanser that yet again works for your skin.
    3. I would use rice water or a rice water toner to help that glow!
    4. Use moisturizer cause moisture is key to glowing skin!
    5. Then use suncreen with a 30-50 SPF!
Makeup for a natural, no makeup look like koreans:
    1. Use a cushion concealer that is one shade above your skintone!
    2. Then use a cushion foundation that matches your skintone!
    3. Use blush on the center of your cheeks, make sure not to over do it!
4: For eyes just use a light soft color of eyeshadow and clear mascara for a clean eyelash look.
5: You can do your eyebrows with a soft eyebrow pencil to make it look a bit filled but still clean.
6: For lips use a lip balm or a lip tint for that glossy look.
    Night care for face:
    1. Wash your face with a cleanser that works for you!
    2. Use a hydrating face mask after removing makeup .
3: Apply rice water to face and let it soak in.
4: Apply moisturizer and your done!
    Tips to keep glowing skin:
    1. Drink lots of water everyday!
    2. Avoid touching face
    Hope this helps!

i have severe acne right now because i have scarring, but in late 2022 it was the worst it was, my mom even told me one day when i was feeling confident that she had never seen acne as bad as mine in the family. I just turned 14. i started crying myself to sleep and clawing at my face because i want clear skin so bad. i’m finally on the road to clear skin, and you give me hope that i can actually get it

I was also known as the "acne kid" in middle school. It was so bad I actually thought that it would never go away.
      1. Teenage hormones. The older I got the more my acne calmed down.
      2. Diet. Don't eat sugary oily greasy unhealthy ew. No candy, chips, sodas. Nuh-uh.
      3. Sun exposure/heat/sweat. Don't go in the SUN DON'T!!! COVER YOUR FACE. Also, if you exersize, do sports, or do P.E, wash your face immediatly after practice/class.
      4. let your skin breath. My main problem was that I kept on hopping from one skincare product line to another. And i kept on overapplying everything. No you do not need a 20 step routine (unless you wear makeup, WHICH DONT). Because your skin isn't built to handle so many chemicals. Use a simple off-the-wall Cetaphil, ceravea, neutrogina cleanser and a pimple cream for breakouts (and don't overdo it). It will pass, just keep your skin and yourself clean. Take showers (don't take steaming warm showers).
      5. dont be horny or watch stuff like that

If you didn’t solve the problem with skincare the key is most certainly in your gut!! Beware of sugar, dairy and any food allergies that you may have. Search for fixing leaky gut.

      What about sugar free diet?

    • @shannonshay1942
      @shannonshay1942 ปีที่แล้ว +20

Everyone is dying to know 😅 I've also tried sugar less but found dairy free to work...staying away from foods you think or suspect could be the cuase drinking at least 1bottle 650ml full clean water....a day to start with...keeping your make up brushes clean, not sleeping with make up on , silk satin pillow cases, cleansing the gut and healing it through diet and exercise...using a simple organic face wash specifically to your skin type, educate yourself as much as possible about your skin type...don't be scared to try new things....I guess....

It could be hormonal( like me) you should do a test (dosage hormonal)
Also did you tried routine with salycylic acid and noacinamide+ retinol?
Did you tried to take antibiotic ( it took around 3-6months to have an result, same with the routine )
If it's hormonal , they will administrer to you the contraceptive pill ( specially appropriate to this kind of problem) with sipronolactone
