250g potatoes
150g chicken breast meat
100g onion
2 stalks lemongrass
2 tbsp curry powder
10 nos green chilli padi
3 stalks curry leaf
sugar and salt to taste
Pastry Ingredients
Water dough
120g flour
55g water
15g oil
¼ tsp salt
Oil dough
80g flour
30g - 35g oil

不可以,如果收雪柜的话水皮和油皮会粘在一起,炸出来就没有一层层的。
