@@JonerFootball In this case, the reason the quality doesn't drop is due to quality of the player and the technical foundations that have been laid down by all that came before you, and then your ability to engage and motivate comes into play. The more professional answer is to acknowledge the player, and then those whose shoulders you are standing on, and then you can let your contribution (which has value no doubt) be acknowledged.
Danny (young player in the video) has been working really hard since he was 6 years old, and combined with all the coaches he has worked with (Team, academy, private) and his dad, who have all worked really hard with him over the last 6 years, allow Joner to put on a session like this. It is great to see Danny performing at this level, and it is nice that Joner can come to Melbourne every 6 months and work with a player with Danny's attitude and ability. In this case, Joner is definitely standing on the shoulders of all those who have laid the foundations (both technically and physically), and obviously without Danny (and players like Danny) Joner has no video and no social media brand. Hopefully Danny got paid for promoting the Joner brand. Also, hopefully no one believes Joner has actually done any meaningful work in regards to laying down the technical foundations in this case. Laying down technical ability to this level, requires work, week in and week out, over a number of years. This session a neural conditioning session (working at many different levels) for a very advanced player and is exactly what Danny needs now. So i am not having a go. It's a great session and perfect for players (of any age) who are already very advanced and need to be (and want to be) pushed to intensity levels that would not otherwise reach.
As specialist, I think Episoketren System is actually great way to improve your soccer technique. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it can work for you too.
