  • Just a quick one I did last week on a 200 build. Been hearing lot of fellas having issues with the prebuilt ones so that has increased demand for the bulletproof version....

    MS200T was an unreal saw. I love the squarish design of the body. This replica looks and sounds like the real thing. Nice that you cooled it off by running it for a few seconds with no load - people should have taken better care of them they use to beat them up. I still have my 2005 200t and only has about 10 hours on it - home use only. She’s a princess now. So clean you can eat off of her. Already worth some bucks and possibly more down the road. Great video pal. Thx,

      Oooooo a minty 200t ya got there huh... jealous... i totally agree with you about them.. they get abused.. and their tiny to have to take that.. I've been busy with 193t and 201t repairs and neither grab my heart like a 200t...

    Its in my opinion the best climbing saw that stihl ever made

      Funny.. you posted this at the same time another climber was here trying one out.. we had this exact conversation.. and i showed him the four 201t that came in for repair.. he ran the 200t and just smiled.. they really are a smoking little top handle..punch way above their weight..

    I've picked up a cheap clean genuine saw but it's missing the side clutch cover/chain brake assembly. Are the Farmertec covers worth the money or junk?
    Just subbed btw👍

    • @bulletproofsaws
      @bulletproofsaws  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thx for the sub.. i have a few out with tree pros for a year plus.. i personally think its all really decent... i have swapped in oem parts.. and i question if it is worth it.. for example the AV and intake boot.. they "seem" better.. but not 100x better.. more incrementally better.. time will tell if they are worth the premium.. the carb seems to be.. but to answer your question yes id buy the clutch cover.. but make sure its complete.. many are sold with every piece separately...

    I used to use one to prune apple trees but I switched to a Milwaukee sawzall. I still have it but It stays in tha garage 364 days a year

      I'm sure the battery saws will take over on the small saws in the next few years. I have had a few guys try them, but came back to the 200T... Not sure why, but I suspect it was battery frustration,. I don't know that though.. I'll have to start asking....

    What do you charge for the modifications done to this clone in your video? I’m interested

    What do you like more, the g111 or g2500?

    • @bulletproofsaws
      @bulletproofsaws  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      the 2500 a neat little saw, cheap and not really what a pro could use. The chain brake is really weak... But it is very light. The prebuilt g111 is a decent saw, a step up in power and weight from the 2500. They had recalled them for a while and sorted out the case half issue. The built ones are obviously same weight, but more power and reliability.
