I always loved going Reaver when I played as a warrior. You become such a powerful berserker late game. Dragon fights are also amazing, going toe to toe with your claws and theirs is so satisfying!
Reaver is so insane when you can actually keep yourself alive. Damage output is crazy, especially with weapons like prismatic axe. And very satisfying to play, when you kill a Highland Ravager(23lvl high dragon) in 2 minutes and deal about 6k dmg with each swing
It should be like that) But both templar and champion can deal more damage, than reaver) especially templar - wraith of heaven + dispel makes an insane combo damage, and with a walking bomb+explode after death it becomes completely ridiculous)
@@loneoutsider8004 the way I was using templar it had some of the highest damage output next to the rouge specializations I would one shot mobs with the wrath of heaven / spell Purge combo.
Thanks for this I am just getting back into the game on my 2nd playthrough I think what made it hard for me was I did not choose a specialization I thought it wasn’t that important
Gotta say my favorite for each separate class is warrior templar cause most of the time you can just nuke them especially demons, mage tbh I like all of them mages have versatile builds, and rogues I honestly prefer arc cause the can become a menace on the feild
@@hellborne7995 Templar's Wrath of heaven/Spell purge combo can still one shot regular enemies (or leave them with little health left) in a large radius with a Prismatic Greataxe from storm coast. The upgrade from loot Prismatic Greataxe (lvl12) to loot Chromatic GS to crafted PGA to crafted CGS (in Trespasser) is quite smooth. Also, if the enemy has at least one mage caught by the combo and you have masterwork crafted armor that causes enemies to explode, it will start a chain reaction that completely annihilate the toughest packs even on Nightmare difficulty. I would say Templars are even better vs. humanoids (especially packs with at least one mage) than vs demons, because many of the ranged demons either cannot be pulled, or are very slippery so your AOE hits fewer targets. What makes Templars unique and extremely strong is that they are, without question, the king of AOE combos. Warrior is the only class that has access to CGS-like weapons, and Templar is the one that has a combo starter and finisher in its specialization.
@@hellborne7995 like gothic stated the wrath of heaven/spell Purge combo can work on all creatures not just demons people seem to think Templar abilities only affect demons but that's just not the case. If you upgrade your weapons and armor for crit chance and damage and get skills like coup de gras in battle master tree as well as horn of valor and it's upgrade that increase damage output you can do serious damage for example I was doing The descent DLC where I would have whole mobs of dark spawn and I would one hit the entire mob with that combo the lost damage that would pop up was 6,506.
Templar's dispel is so useful for rifts to take out a demon before it spawns. Especially on nightmare. And Templar's abilities can just wreck mages after upgrades lol
the biggest disappointment of this and many modern games is rogue archers and warriors casting spells... beautiful game to play as a mage or paladin tho
@@tavernadodevilhunter6732They used a different engine for inquisition. That’d be like Bethesda using the they engine use for assassins creed and trying to make a fallout. It’d be way different.

In every RPG…the warrior calls to me
I like big swords and i cannot lie...
From what I understand, Templar is supportive, Champion is defensive and Reaver is offensive, makes sense.
Yeah that sums it up pretty much

I legit want this channel to blow up because the video is great
Very much appreciated and i hope so too !
I do miss the days of multiple Specialisations back in DA:O and DA2 also I feel special as I am subscriber 250
Much appreciated !
Seriously. Having only one specialization sucks. Especially if you're a warrior considering how bad the specs are.
@@hellborne7995 reaver is one of the strongest specs in the game .......
@@hellborne7995Blame the player, not the class , lol
I remember making champion on blackwall that he was literally to tanky to die. And became the dragon slayer as he soloed every single dragon
Great vid man! Thank you for so much for the upload, hope to see your channel grow more in the future!
No worries and thank you for the feedback !

Same bro, enjoy the fire game. Second play through here as well
Thank you for the vid this is my first time playing a warrior class and this helped
You are very welcome !

Thing is there are far more beast and human/elf/dwarf enemies than there are demons. So templar is almost completely useless offensively.

You should totally do Dragon Age Origins specialization videos. I can't seem to find any👍👍
May i suggest Dragon's Dogma abilities for the upcoming video :D?
It is very possible ill do it !
using spell shatter without wrath of heaven immediately before it should be a crime
....so Reaver. Got it.
Great video :]
Thank you !
Thanks S2
Lovely video, I like it
Thank you !
Nice bro!
Thanks !
I like the Templar specialization.
Great video. I did notice one error though. At 0:46 in the description for Lights in the Shadow, I don't think you need a comma there.
Thanks for the feedback ! Yea im scratching my head on that one as well.
Bruh
0:41 Lights in the Shadow - does this only reduce cooldown by 0.5 seconds total? Or does each attack on enemy cools it down by 0.5 seconds?
Each attack reduce 0.5.
God why is reaver the only good warrior class..
Yeah i was expecting more of dps classes from this section !
Probably cuz rogues and mages are delicate and they expect u to use ur warrior as a tank. Plus theres no heal specialization per mages.
*the only good class

Is that arishok from DA:2? 2:59?
Its an outfit from the qunari dlc :)
