I use to only like the 200 size reels because of the light weight, but recently I purchased a 300 size and it is as light if not lighter than my old 200. Now I have more line capacity to be able to be more versatile. I use my 200 for my lighter setup for panfish and things like that. 🤙
My top two rods: Medium light 7ft fast action with a daiwa bg 3000 10lb braid with 8-15lb fluoro leader and a lews hank parker speed stick 7ft medium heavy fast casting rod with a lews speed spool lfs with 15lb fluoro and bonus rod a medium moderate 7ft berkley amp for 1.5 shallow running crank baits and similar baits.
Awesome advice I run the exact same set up just different brands.I also have a swimbait set up 7'11 extra heavy with a three hundred scorpion md..Keep up the good content!
First two rods good medium light power rod and the medium power fast Action and heavy power fast Action rod with or with out fiberglass in the rod but prefer the glass to get moderate feel for spinner 1/16 to 1/4 oz trout and 1/4 to 5/8 oz for bass and 1/2 to 1 1/2 oz the northern pike and muskie next year but might need heavy power moderate fast Action rod for that one. Can two do it All ⁉️

Thanks for your insights.I would like to see what techniques you could use on your Cashion rods other than the ones listed.
Great tip about not using trailer hooks, but use trailers. 🤙 Red!

How are you liking those CORE rods? Hows the sensitivity/ durability and handles? Been looking at those but in the baitcasting side.
I just ordered that 7 ft medium heavy icon today. Think I can get away with throwing 5/8 baby dozers on it with a mid wire hook?
Definitely!
Is that rod 2 piece or 1 piece?
One piece
With FFS you won’t need 80% of your lures and tackle either.
Everything is designed and based
