The seeds in the samosas are coriander seeds which are usually ground up and added to almost every dish but sometimes added whole. It’s one of the standard spices/herbs.

These little things that can be seen in the samosa are dried coriander seeds 😊 which are used so that A sense of flavourful smell comes from the mouth۔ And secondly, they are also beneficial for our stomach as they help to digest food quickly 😊

They are coriander seeds actually. Carom are more cylindrical, coriander are spherical which is what these are.

Samosa usually contain whole coriander seeds which gives a unique flavour to it. Normally cumin is not added, instead oregano like seeds are added.
