He's strong enough to punch Scorpion's jaw off, durable enough to routinely survive explosions to the face, and fast enough to keep pace with rocket powered flight. And then you bring in the Spider-Sense, which is a whole other round of OP.
Really funny thing is there is a comic where on a mission Hawkeye tells Spiderman that if he ever missed a shot than he would just be another guy with a bow. Well while on look out Hawkeye shoots an arrow and misses the convict. So Spiderman knocks out the convict sees the arrow (taser claw) and places it on the convict before Hawkeye can see. Proving Spiderman is the GOAT and Hawkeye is just a under qualified guy that can shoot a bow and arrow.
He’s not under qualified it’s just a reality of the world they live in. The reason he missed is mostly due a lack of confidence as shown by him saying that in the first place. He knows that he’s just a man going up against people more powerful than him. It’s sad in a way because there’s a decline in his skill because of his mentality
