If he makes the “new” Yujiro as strong as himself, and they merge, then they merge in strength, and proceed to gallivant across Space/Time until they forget they inducted themselves, and proceed to do so again, and then the “New” Yujiro is now as strong as the “Old” one. And then they merge and rinse and repeat, doubling in strength with each cycle, like a Positive Feedback loop that can only be broken when that strength gain eventually breaks the sequence of events, assuming it ever would.
