just a slight critique. Muhammad ﷺ didn’t claim to be a prophet of a new monotheistic religion but rather he claimed to be the last and final prophet of a religion that God has ordained for all people and all nations through prophets from the time of Adam, to Noah, to Jonah, to Moses to Jesus and then to Muhammad (may peace be upon them all). i appreciate the quality of the video however and the use of the name Muhammad ﷺ rather than a drawing.

There’s nothing wrong with hindering enemy trade. This was a war, you must think outside of pacifism.
Islam teaches us how to fight wars, not to seek them as solutions, but to be ready to fight when the time is right. If the enemy seeks peace we seek peace. The Quraysh did not want peace, they tried to assassinate and persecuted the Prophet ﷺ and the Muslims. They even broke the treaty of Hudaybiyah.
Eventually, war was the final option.

For those wondering Amr bin Hisham is more commonly known as Abu Jahl. Excellent attention to detail, something to add; the row formation was not used in Arabian warfare until this battle, the Mekkans charged and regrouped in a somewhat adhoc way - this was the normative Arabian pattern. But the Muslims adopted the row formation (and continued to do so) which was unusual for the historical context.

One of the things not mentioned was the battle was not just Muslims against Quraisy pagans...but also between family members. A lot of people from each side are sons, uncles, or cousins to each others. They are not strangers as the muhajirun also comes from Mecca and it was a small community. In one of the narrations, a person would scour the battleground looking n calling for his family members on the other side to fight. Such is the reality of battle back then. Pretty cool details if you ask me.

I don't know, to me it sounds like the Meccans were demonised by HistoryMarche at every available opportunity. Events told from the Muslim perspective are stated as absolutes, whereas with the Meccans we are given "in their mind" or "they thought", separating perception from reality. The matter of honour, when raised, is treated almost as if the sole individual stating it is the only one concerned, when given the importance of honour in Arab culture, it is no small thing to be concerned about. There's also an element of derisiveness when it is made mention, and more than once, of the Quraysh fearing loss of power. Why is this fear wrong? What group, if they can help it, willingly gives power to a rival?
If you think it didn't try to side with any group, so be it, but the video literally describes one side as the enemy and attacks them at every moment. It is still however a well made video.

In the beginning of the battle, he made quick work of three of Quraish's most skilled fighters, even though they had armour and better equipment, while Hazrat Hamzah only had a sword. Ali bin talib was also very young then, a mere lad, but he won against an armored veteran. But it was their determination of the Muslims that even with weak, inexperienced men, they defeated an enemy three times their time and with far better armour and weapons. It was a liberating victory because they had been persecuted since ever and driven from their homes, their properties taken and families seperated.

And these two did not teach anyone without first having said (to him), “We are but a trial, so do not go infidel.” Then, they used to learn from them that with which they could cause separation between a man and his wife. But they were not to bring harm through it to anyone without the will of Allah. They used to learn what harmed them and did no good to them; and they certainly knew that he who buys it has no share in the Hereafter. For a minded man this proves that Quran is not at all copied from Bible, rather it corrects Bible. But but but it tells what happened with all previous prophets. Including Jesus, bcz simple he is a real person and a real prophet. After Jesus Christian's made Christianity as we're seeing today. But Jesus never claim himself as he is God rather he is a prophet sent by God "Jesus said: that they may know you are the only true God (Aramaic# Allah in Arabic also same) and Jesus Christ who you sent) this is exactly what we beleave. Although Jewish people refuse him.

We must add that in the Quran Allah says that he sent 3000 angels to help the Muslims and 1000 as backup.
And also it must be known that Muslims throughout history HAVE NEVER WON a war where they were the greater numbers.
They always win when they are the smaller numbers.
The only battle where Muslim had the greater numbers was named "Hunayn" and muslim lost the first day of battle.
In Quran Allah says they lost because they liked their numbers and thought they will win anyway.. But the victory only comes from Allah.

@@nachiketkejriwal9433 Extremists are a problem for every society. Muslims in their early stages fought against extremists (al khwarij). The prophet (peace be upon him) prophesied about them. He said they would outwardly look and talk very religious, but there is no Islam left in their hearts. They’d be be very merciless and would always jump into shedding innocent blood.
However in the early history of Islam, you’d not find the "terrorism" theme attached to Islam. Mostly it all started after European colonization of Muslim dominated lands. Specially after the establishment of the Zionist State of Israel in Palestine. Oppressive regimes always try to tarnish the name of freedom fighters by calling them terrorists or something bad. So, yes we have real terrorists, but no where near to the scale that has been being promoted. Hope it helps you to understand us better.
