The most reliable engine and transmission combination GM has! Honestly the most reliable vehicle I’ve been working in GM dealerships for the last 23 years and the Envision is the vehicle we see least in the shop I highly recommend it! I’m a truck guy and love my Silverado but the Envision it just works!
This is SICK!!! I will never understand the Buick slander, all I have to say is- go test drive one before you judge! I've driven my 2020 Encore GX since it was new, and I still get compliments from strangers about my car. These Buicks are unique and stand out in the crowd. Btw, im 21 years old
me too! and i’m a youngish mother and I always get from my girlfriends that it’s nice and luxurious to them who drive mostly mainstream brands. It gives young hot rich and aspirational mid 20s. I love it!
Nice SUV but it is overpriced, needs 50 more horsepower to compete with an RDX, Lexus NX, and Buick lost its panache of a luxury brand it once had in the 80s and 90s. I think Buick lost its way ever since GM shut down Oldsmobile.
@@JasonLevine-y4gGood, because people like you who who refuse to understand what a budget car is, then enjoy spending way more than this on something that has what you want in today's prices.
I've loved thr Envisions for a few years now. The only "complaint" I've heard from a few owners is the floating feeling of a looser suspension. What was your impression of the driving dynamics and did the steering feel a little too lose? I'm used to Chevy Equinox's where I move the steering wheel a little bit and it goes where I want when I want!
I have a ‘23 and the roads are trash where I live. I love how soft it rides for day to day comfort, and it does float a bit because of that, but I wouldn’t call it floaty or bouncy. It feels confident and well-planted. It’s surprisingly playful when you want it to be, but it really shines as a smooth-cruiser. I find myself driving it in sport mode most of the time because it makes the steering feel heavy and seems to tighten it up a bit. Sport mode also uses the AWD system to send power to the rear outer wheel when cornering. All in all I’d say it’s a pretty good balance of handling and comfort.
@lilred1107 that's my thought when people say it seems too light on the road. I just like a tighter steering like I'm used to currently. I'll definitely have to drive the Envision and especially on the highway, to get a good feeling about it.
@PatrickJTezak For the adjustability with suspension and steering see if you can find an Avenir trim and test it out. The sport setting does tighten things up.
I need 10 seconds to tell you something Good! I care about you as a person, and tell you that The scriptures tell us that Jesus Christ died for people's sins! Whoever will have their faith in Him, that through Him, they'll be pardoned from the Judgement of their Sins by God, will be pardoned, and will be saved! Now, being a believer, once God does a work in your heart, marking you as His Own, will bring about fruits of repentance! And you will be reborn as a new creature! Walking by the Spirit and not by the flesh (the will of your sinful self) Amen and good day 😊
I talked to the DESIGNERS AND ENGINEERS AT THE DETROIT AUTO SHOW AND I GOLD THEM ABOUT THE NEW SEATS THEY SAID TH Htis where the seats split on the sides....
It's too bad that all sport utility vehicles don't do what hyundai tucson and kia sportage/Sorento do tuck their rear wiper blade under the rear spoiler very clean looking and no issues with it getting frozen in the winter greetings from southern Ontario Canada thanks for sharing this video
When you think of Buick you think of a luxury car and a smooth as glass ride. Ideal for people who do "not" want a sports car ride which can be too jarring, jerky and painful at times. So the public expectation for a new Buick would be a car with power recliner seats, with self leveling shocks a system that absorbs the pot holes and the curbs. Something you could give voice commands too instead of touch screen controls or an array of buttons. A car that would address you with, "Good morning Ben, where are we going today?" And then say Bye Ben, with real emotion when you disembark Something the new BMW Mini Cooper can do, it sounds like 2001 A Space Odyssey. You'll look back and the 12" screen will display, "BYE BEN".
Not bad. Nice looking interior (though I would still dial back the screens) for this price point. Couldn't agree with you more about many of the "tech" features being worthless. Both of my cars came with head up display and I found them so distracting, they were turned off first day. Thanks for mentioning if the vehicle comes with a spare. If I had my way, this would be standard for all car reviews!
we had a 2916 and traded it for more than we paid for to buy Maverick Hybrid. i loved the Envusion but the gas tank was sm, and mileage was in the low 20’s. it had great features! If I could get it in a hybrid, I’d buy another one!
so the Envision is now a much smaller vehicle than the previous model which was based on the Blazer platform. Nice looking car but way too small for my liking.
I would buy one of these if it didnt have that god awful 3 cylinder engine. If these had a 6 cylinder engine it would be flying off shelves because its design is amazung.
The older front looked better this new design language is ugly it needs more power and and loud aggressive exhuast a prp]oper performance version. it looks sporty but drives like a soccer moms suv ⚡
Why did you state it had a 4 cylinder; when it only has a 3 cylinder, with a wet timing belt get rid of it before warranty ends. This won’t age well; lipstick on a pig, long term reliability on GM is lost.

Overall I feel like Buick is trying to compete more with the luxury segment in terms of materials, power, and having luxury exclusives features

Enjoyed watching your reviews. Keep them coming, sir!
I really like the new buick design language especially the Envista. Would I ever buy one? No, too slow, but they’re definitely on the right track.
If GM replaced that god awful 1.5 I4 turbo and threw that into the Envista, I would buy one
Too slow. One of the morons that makes us all pay higher insurance

Heads up is a great feature.
GM, bring back the Buick Electra!! With V8 and rear wheel drive!! You can use the GM 6.6 liter Vortech, and tweak it for automobile use.
They'd have to make a new nameplate for it. Electra was already taken for the new line of electric Buicks. The Electra E5 came out last year.
it's nice but my complaint with most modern vehicles is the lack of physical buttons.
Unremarkable exterior. Kudos for a vibrant and unique interior.
The red reminds me of the Monte Carlo, Cutlass types of the late 80s
Many people dislike the newest buick models because they are "Old People Cars" although i disagree. They are great cars regardless of your age.
That'll be great when you go to use yer windshield wiper and accidently throw it in park at 60mph
WOW WOW WOW ! Stunning
this video solidified my decision on this color combo. ordered a '25MY and just anxiously waiting for it to arrive!

@Ssccootttt that's great to know! I drive an hour to work and want my next car to be a luxury vehicle with a smooth, comfortable, and quiet ride.
That shouldn't be a complaint, my Lacrosse has an adaptive suspension and will float at times it's very comfortable.

The front end on these newer Buicks looks like a modern day Pontiac if GM never discontinued the brand.
I would want this interior with the old exterior. I like the outside of the 23's much better
Seems like a better option than the new terrain or equinox.
Buick’s version of the Cadillac XT4? Same engine and IP. How does the driving compare?
Very similar! Just bought almost this exact one and it is very smooth and quick (especially in Sport mode)
Looks cool. I wish it had like 100 more HP.
Even older people that recently retired at age 65 told me Buick is for "old people"😲

It’s reminiscent of OG GM’s actually. That red leather is taking me back.
I have looked at a few. They are nice for a daily driver. Haven’t seen that ST trim.

Wait till those screens fail
The ultimate old person who wants to feel young car 😂
I disagree new Buicks aren’t old people cars like the 90s anyone any age has Buicks now.
On the plus side I bets it’s comfortable and a person can buy a used Buick for cheap.
What's the model year 24 or 25??

the cloth on the side of the seat might be better for wear and tear
Other then the tri shield emblem is there one American styling cue?
goodlooking vehicle.
why won't GM hide rear wipers?
in what universe is interior gloss black logical?
Love to know how much that digital display is worth...bet its over 2 grand to have it replaced
The base for the head up display is a major letdown for this interior
Can you do a review on a high mileage Ford F-250 with a diesel
Who compares Rav4 and CR-V to this? Those are more akin to an Equinox, not any premium vehicles.
looks good but I would trade in my Edge ST for this
Ben 49 thousand dollars cooled seats blue upper dash & upper doors with white seats AVENER TRIM ...😮😊😊
If this had a V6 engine I would buy one.
The trim on the seats that meets the plastic is material so it doesn't wear.
It will wear even faster because it's material.
Grammas buick.
Might be our new car
I have a Buick enclave CXL
Most small suv are 4 cylinders turbo or 3 cylinder shame cannot get a regular 4cylinder or even better v6 on theese motors more crap to break
These people built these cars they should get credit put these vehicles on the parking lot
Brand new car, filthy engine compartment
Yo that interior
Where was the sticker price shown with options,??
He mentioned it. 43k
@@Tiovergudo I mentioned the sticker with options etc not the pricing specifically

Chinese build ?
The Envision doesn’t compete with the CR-V, RAV-4.

this does NOT have a 3-cylinder...
what ? its a 4 cyl dude ....
It’s a 4 cylinder
Not the worst GM 4 cylinder at that
It’s the Envista that has the 3 cylinder turbo. dcniner01
Under the hood looks like it's been in a desert.
I have seen the toyota rav4 54,000.00 😢😢😢 Nissan road 45.000.00 with 3 cly. Not.😊

Made in China. Thx GM
Made in 🇨🇳

Ummm crazy wild interior, looks like a copy cat Lexus or Infiniti does not look that special, pour engine, over all design is not that great
The exterior of new cars still look like a vitamin pill. Dull and predictable
Buick new logo is dumb go back to to old one
Would never buy one as it is made in China.
Looks like a 10 year old Chinese car.
Which ten year old Chinese car looks like this. Post a link to it.
Yea I think it’s stupid too
Why did you state it had a 4 cylinder; when it only has a 3 cylinder, with a wet timing belt get rid of it before warranty ends. This won’t age well; lipstick on a pig, long term reliability on GM is lost.
Because it has a 4-cylinder. It has the 2.0L LSY Ecotec, the same one that's in the Cadillac XT4, which is exactly what he said in the video.
Buick has zero resale value
Daammn who hurt Buick? Lol
Who at GM said we are going to give this a beautiful infotainment screen but a real small reverse camera. What are they thinking
