sir,in diffusion process carriers move from high conc to low conc then y does electron diffuse in intrinsic region even though electron conc is low in p+ as compared i .could you please clarify this
As per my understanding, the electrons are generated due to light on top of the p region as seen in the picture, so as the conc is different on top and bottom of p region, they would diffuse and as soon as they come near depletion region, they are moved through the barrier due to electric field.. ☺️
Hi Prashanth, carriers generated per unit time = (no. of charge flowing per unit time)/charge of the carrier = I/q. The current we are taking here is IL, which is current due to incident light. I missed mentioning per unit time. Hope that helps.
Wonderfully explained sir.
Thank you Shubham.
what is modulation period in here
Thank you sir
Kash ye video pehle Aya hota to responsivity ka question ban jata
Great explanation....Thanks sir ji...
Thank you Dinesh for the comment!
Thanks so much for these lectures☺️🙏 Great explanation.. could you pls make video lecture for Schottky diode also.. ☺️Thanks in advance .

In this quadrant Id=Io+IL ?
Sir, how is no of e-h pairs generated equal to I/q

Thanks sir jii
Sir could u please make videos of Ic technology, Fabrication w.r.t gate
Yes Prashanth, will be making after BJT is complete.
techgurukula Thank you :)
Thanks sir ji.....My favourite teacher
Thank you Ravi!
