    Wow..... never seen a tutor teaching like this...❤️
    Really great just like tunnel diodes are reliable from 1950s, your videos will get likes and views for a lot of years❤️ because they are really informative yet easy to understand.

    First of all, thank you so much for the amazing work. Your teaching skills are too impressive. Which books you follow? Do those books have the same level of explanation as you give us in videos? Looking for your reply. Props.

    In both FB & RB you mentioned the current is increasing. Would the current reach to saturation after a certain voltage ?

    • @Bdix1256
      @Bdix1256 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Shahriar Zaman no. The device will be destroyed by too much current. The geometries are very small and cannot deal with it. Tunnel diodes are however relatively insensitive to static charge. Don’t believe the data sheet.

    These are special lectures for me reason is two fold. One, I found exact content of my interest in small time and second you know....
    Arun: Similar to the reverse biased condition, In equilibrium condition a significant portion of valance band on p-side and conduction band on n-side overlap. should not there be higher current at zero external applied voltage?

    • @techgurukula
      @techgurukula  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +SUNIL KUMAR
      When external voltage is zero, No drive for the carriers to move, hence no net current flow.
      At equilibrium : no net current flow.

    • @sunilvlsi
      @sunilvlsi 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Right. It seems like a resistor at low diode voltage. Thanks Arun.
