    Sir because of insidant light light current flow through n to p . But in case of normal diod figur light current go p to n , i think it change to upside.

    Sir it is compulsory only n-type layer is thin why not p-type

      Hi Trisha,
      BJT, JFET and IC Technology is remaining - will take 3 weeks.
      This is only Electronic Devices according to GATE syllabus - no circuits.
      Analog Circuits will start once Electronic Devices is complete.
