- It's been a while! Here's a short video I really wanted to make and get out there. Hold myself accountable for making more content. MK3 and MK2 have taken a backstep, more on that another time!
My first ever motorbike. I'm over the moon with it and so excited to start this little series going from CBT to (hopefully!) full bike license!
Congratulations on Passing your CBT. You will enjoy many miles on that motorbike very fuel efficient. Thanks for sharing. Cheers
LOOKING GOOD!!!!!!!!!
Thanks mate!!
@@LeonsVlogsx Bike looks nice as well 😉
Good luck on two wheels and get that Pinlock fitted now!
@@hotdoug1000 Cheers! Appreciate it! Funny you mention it, I fitted it straight after I got home from this ride! What a difference 😍
Good job Leon, did my cbt last month and bought the same bike you have absolutely fantastic as i am over 60 would like to pass my test but only want a a2 license, keep it shiny side up.
It’s a wicked bike to learn on isn’t it! I absolutely love mine! Appreciate the comment and good luck in getting your license! 👌🏼
Hello Leon, just done my cbt im 59, can't make my mind up weather to buy a Yamaha xsr125 or the honda. I have my theory booked for December and hope to go on to pass my full license. nice video, keep them coming
Hi George! My CBT I done on the Cb125F cemented my want for one even more! I went to the dealer to have a look at a brand new one in person and I was sold. Perhaps go out and sit on/get a feel for both and then make your mind up 😁 good luck and have fun George! Enjoy it 👌🏼
One of the best enduring bikes ever made
Great little starter bikes and I done my CBT on one of these in 2021. A few guys at work who have full licences use these to commute to work on as they are great for filtering in the city and superb on fuel too
I absolutely love mine! Can’t wait to get plenty more miles on it 😁
fellow cb125F rider here
Welcome along to the journey Nick! Apologies for the late reply 🤣
Loved my 125 - great fun and was getting 400 miles on a tank. My 700cc does a healthy 63mpg but only 210 to the tank thats just 4 days commutes. I did beat a Porsche t'other day though so swings n roundabouts.
Hahahaha love that. Loving my 125 so far!! The amount of miles to a tank is seriously impressive. Will be difficult to sell it when I pass my test!
Not done my cbt yet always had a car im 50 now and want to get onto 2 wheels. Love the cbf 125 . Hooked already subscribed!!!!!
Thanks! Appreciate it 😁 Get that CBT booked, you’ll love it and won’t regret it! I’m absolutely loving the freedom, every road feels so different to being in a car!
Thanks for the Sub 😁
@@LeonsVlogsx cheers mate best wishes from Liverpool
Oh wow the newer version cbf 125 comes with digital speedometers looking to buy one these
Yeah it's definitely a nice upgrade! You just don't get the RPM gauge but you get used to it really quickly. LED Headlights also!
The motorcycle rusts faster than you can drive it, unfortunately! I own the same one. But i still love it.
I've found it will rust if you don't take care of it. So far I've found the best is to rinse off all the road dirt as often as you can, nothing special, just hose it off. Then whenever the weather is dry and clear, every couple of weeks, I clean it off using the muc-off motorcycle essentials. Then after drying it down well I use the motorcycle protectant from the same kit, it puts a really nice sheen on, even on the exhaust and other parts you expect to rust.
@@danielbateman6518thanks for your tipp. But i did care, brand new. One time in rain (wet and no mud) back in garage, and 1 week later, Rust on exhaust screws. And on the main frame. Sorry, careing is a must, ok. But careing after each rain ….. i hat motorbikes which handled rain without rust. But, i am not stupid, i ve got what i paid for. Its ok.😂
Can your Honda fit inside VW Caddy Maxi?
I've been where you are right now, nearly 40 years ago. You'll pass your test and get a big fast bike, then a bigger faster bike, but still love your little cb.
It's like finally finding a gf but carry on wan*ing.
😂😂😂 That’s definitely one way of looking at it. That cracked me up!!
I think I’ll always love the CB as it’s my first ever bike!
