And, if your tablet locks up frequently, she’ll demo several options that could fix the problem. For this video, Agent Bennett is using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9. THANKS SO MUCH😭my tablet was frozen for about 30mins and press and holding the power button wasn't working I even tried factory reseting it. I never would have thought to add the volume button.

If your tablet is frozen to the point of not letting you sign in, you may want to first try power cycling it. That is, unplug it, then press and hold the power button until the tablet turns off. Wait a bit and turn it back on to see if it boots normally.
If the tablet continues to not let you in, you may need to do a factory reset. See the instructions at 5:55 in the video for details. Note that this will erase any data on the tablet and you will need to redownload from your cloud backup.

How do you back up your frozen ipad 😭
If you have iCloud Backup chosen on your iPad, it should automatically back up (daily) when the iPad is connected for power, locked, and with a connection to a wireless network. That being said, if your iPad is currently only showing a black screen, frozen, or gets stuck on the Apple logo during startup you can view an Apple support article here bby.me/r2sdxi for troubleshooting methods during any of those scenarios.

Samsung tab a sm t350 stuck on Samsung screen neither option is working
Try pressing and holding the Home and Volume Down buttons. While those are held down, press and hold the Power button for a full 7 seconds. Once the tablet restarts, release the power button but switch to holding the Home and Volume Up buttons to get the unit into recovery mode.
