this is perfectly possible on normal mode. custom was used because i didn't want to deal with kurodil doing random shit so attack power and frequency are set to min, and hp is set to max to make sure he lives till the chain.
I get what you're saying, but by the laws of mathematics and programing there quite literally needs to be a cap to the damage. I know that you're saying it should allow for another digit of damage, but factually speaking a hard limit is necessary to program the game.

In full bursts, each driver randomly selects an art and uses it, then the blades select a special: the blade you ended the chain. Attack with uses lv4, the one before thatlv2, the one before that lv3. If Morag gets touch me not it's another 11 million damage during the full burst

Not to mention if you play in Japanese you lose out on Malos’s many great voicelines.
The issue was mostly the utterly incompetent Voice Director who basically made every mistake possible when it came to mismanaging the voice direction
