I love the Four Duets, and have played them on a piano -- badly, because I am no good at all, but enough to understand the fierce beautiful independence of the musical lines. They are the compositions of an elderly composer, no longer concerned with pleasing an audience, but rigorously working out his own musical ideas. It seems no accident that the right-hand part fits exactly into the range of a violin and the left-hand part into the range of a cello: they may very well have stared life as real duets for two players. This is a very intelligent performance, and in particular it is pleasing to hear the fourth duet played at a vigorous speed, resisting the tendency -- I think started by Tatyana Nikolayeva -- to take it at a dreamy crawl which in my view doesn't suit it. But I would like to hear exactly the same performance done in a friendly corner of a small church, giving bright early returns from the violin and a longer resonance time. The acoustics of this room are a bit dry. You appreciate the quality of the playing but the sound doesn't glow. However, I return to this performance again and again and enjoy it every time.
Thank you. Would you be able share with your audience a performance for my 335th birthday celebration, please? Thank you for your hard work. I find it vibrant to hear your interpretation, which is not what I initially had in mind when I wrote it. Well done, children.
I don't think you need a transcription here. The upper and lower lines fit exactly into the range of a violin and a cello, as if Bach had actually had such a performance in mind.

You have to play it with more anger & not too much softness.
