0:45 I KNEW this was gonna happen and I thought I knew who. I was right on both counts! 😂😂😂😂 Martine, never lose that childlike energy! I'm 62 and my grandkids say they love to hang out with me because I'm just like them. Honestly, they may be more mature. Lol

Funny thing the snakes in Raiders actually weren’t afraid of the fire so many went to it instead of away from it resulting in a lot of retakes. There’s a scene from the making of bonus feature that shows Spielberg berating the snakes for it and telling them that they’re ruining his movie.
The G.I. Joe film was changed because of a scene in the Transformers film that gave them backlash (I don't want to spoil it for anyone that has not seen the film). There is an excellent video for Secret Galaxy about that: The Sad History of GI Joe: The Movie
In response to Transformers she said "That classic 80's movie" like it was a joke. But the first Transformers movie simply titled "The Transformers: The Movie" came out in 1986, and had Orson Welles in his last role. So it is 80's, it is action, and it could be considered by some a classic.
Animated though, theres were all live actions. The animated ones were pretty good though, for the most part way better than the live action Transformers lol
"Wearing their raw suits?" That sounds naughty, but.. yes he is absolutely correct. Eddie Murphy wore suites like that in his standup comedy show "raw" Great catch!
@@GeminiWolfstarGaming definitely, i also did not expect any of them to know about that, and very true, "Raw" is a great show, showing off Eddie's incredible comedic talent.
Nick does stand-up comedy. I think as a comedian you have to know Eddie Murphy. The red suit is from “Delirious,” and he wore purple in “Raw.” He definitely liked his leather outfits 😅
@@deebananas ah yes, "Delirious", i could not remember that one (well, the show yes, name no), ty :D Also i did not know Nick does standup, but the fact he knows those shows, tells us he's doing his homework very well :D

15:35 The original animated Transformers movie was released in 1986 and it was the best Transformers movie. So that was a much better guess than they thought
Unpopular Opinion: Action Movies Are Better Than Rom Coms! 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ I'm Not The Biggest Fan Of Music From The 80s, But This Era Definitely Gave Us Some Iconic Movies! 😂😂😂😂😂😅😅😅😅😅
Indiana Jones was not the original title. It was just simply "Raiders of the Lost Ark." To be consistent with later titles in the franchise, the film was retitled Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark for its video release packaging in 1999, though the original title is retained onscreen in the movie.
Why mock the 80s Transformers movie? It was WAYYYYY better than any of the Michael Bay rubbish, and it was a cartoon. Optimus Prime dies in it. Also, there’s no film called just “Indiana Jones”. No-one gets the point 😂
11:02 There is a scene in the film UHF (1989) that parodies a Rambo scene like that one, it is likely the scene in mind. I ordered a Rambo-style knife from a mail-order catalog in the 80s, it was really cool!
15:15 The film Big Trouble in Little China is a cult classic. It cracks me up listening to him talk on the CB in the beginning because that is how the locals did it in my hometown when I was in high school.
There's actually a new Beverly Hills Cop movie coming out this year. Kinda hilarious they were first sounding out the Axel Foley theme and then didn't get Beverly Hills Cop until the title was already half revealed.
1:15 Robocop has the same middle name as me, Alex James Murphy. Awesome film! The Robocop Arcade game is one of my favorite arcade games of all-time also!
No. The character in Big Trouble in Little China wears a hat like that and has electrical powers. In fact the Raiden from Mortal Kombat was inspired by this movie.
Fun facts - in Indiana Jones they used a lot of legless lizards, which are not snakes at all. Also, snakes cannot be poisonous, only venomous. Garter snakes especially are not venomous.
I love 80s action films! The guy who got shot in the peen is named Will Shockley. I've worked with him before. Great guy. I also know the guy from Aliens who played Hicks. We go all the way back to 2011. His whole family is awesome.
8:35 😂 I don’t know how to explain my opinion on this- what determines filling young over feeling old in this situation? Well, it’s guessing 80s action movies so probably going into it with a nostalgic mindset versus “oh I’ll remember this stuff cause I’m old enough“ But hey, I’m 33, literally just missed the 80s hype train
This was a great episode! The first clues for most of them were fairly obscure and hard to get. I needed the 2nd clue for almost all. Was a lot of fun! I get so happy when I get a notification of a new video!
I have to say that Miles Teller who plays Lt. Bradshaw in Top Gun Maverick, they couldn’t have picked a better actor. He honestly looks like the actor who played his dad in the first one. 🙃
16:42 MacGuyver and Indiana Jones, both 80s icons, were scared of snakes. Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) was released the year my younger brother was born and on June 12th (the day I would graduate Nursing school 24 years later).

Not a M249 SAW that Rambo uses In the movie, that sir is an M60E3. It's not so hard to shoot a M249 with one hand, I have tried it and the M249 is kinda chill compared to the M60, that machinegun a kinda bulky that would take a lot more streangth and finess. :D

4:36 What Martine is singing is 'Axel F', the theme to Beverly Hills Cop. Now I see that the keyboard is regering to "Great Balls of Fire" that Goose sings in Top Gun.
Axel F is by Harold Faltermeyer, who also wrote the theme song and score for Top Gun. I thought that might have been a factor, but I guess not.
15:35 The original animated Transformers movie was released in 1986 and it was the best Transformers movie. So that was a much better guess than they thought
