I totally shared Brian's utter disappointment in Raquelle for never seeing Back to the Future.
Same 💯💯 or just not knowing Michael j fox period 😅
Raquelle sittin’ there sayin’ “I ain’t scared of Pumpkinhead” I know she lyin’ don’t try to be brave Pumpkinhead kills you
@@reezyisthanameyesss
I also felt like I was dying inside.
OMG. Cassie's reaction to Nick's "death" brought tears to my eyes, I was laughing so hard. 🤣 Well played, both of you. 👏
sooo funny 😂😂😂
It Made My Stomach Churn Fr 😂😂😂😂
The werewolf transformation in the An American Werewolf in London is the number one best transformation in horror
Please do (3 separate videos) try not to sing throughout their music career, starting with Disney all the way to now. Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, and Demi Lovato. And I NEED Izzy I to be in all of them!👍🏼
Trick question you need both Izzy's together for all of these.😂
And Dani👌
And Benison too please
The Frighteners is one of my all time favorites. Michael J Fox as Frank was awesome. It was a good great movie.
Yup. Knew that one immediately.
Mine too. Every time I watch it I find something new! Most recently I paused to read the caption under the photo of Frank handing his card to a mourner at a funeral (on the newspaper at the possessed babies house). It reads "Bannister tries to pass his card to Dorothy May Carpenter on the day of her friend's mother's first cousin's funeral. Dorothy's father said, "That son of a b offered to enlighten my Dorothy.""🤣🤣
Cats protect their owners all the time! They’re just not as strong as dogs.
The Frighteners is one of my all time favourite movies, I'm so glad you used it here, it always seems like no one has heard of it
The Frighteners deserved to be a bigger hit but for some reason it never caught fire with audiences (directed by Peter Jackson pre-LOTR)
17:31 AND... The Leprechaun is Warrick Davis, who you probably know as Willow and/or Wicket, the Ewok!
These days probably better known for Professor Flitwick.
I thought he also played griphook.
@@2000blackstang He did, in the Deathly Hallows movies. But in Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone, Griphook was played by Verne Troyer.
@@FrankiePeanuts oh yeah
Hell yeah you showed them Society. These kids were not ready for this. Been too sheltered
I’m glad that the ‘95 horror anthology classic “Tales from the Hood” wasn’t on this list cuz I can that Raquelle, Jay and Haley wouldn’t know nothin’ about it
As soon as he said "This will be the craziest shit you've ever seen." I said "It's Society"
Sean Astin was encouraged to take the role of Sam in LOTR by his dad John, who worked with Peter Jackson on The Frighteners. He said he had such a great time on that movie.
I am so going to ace this episode! Round 1: Straight up The Howling! 80s & 90s horror movies are my jam! In the days before cg, when everything had to be done by hand. Now, that's talent
David Cronenburg also directed The Fly with Gina Davis ( Bettlejuice) and Jeff Goldblum ( Jurassic Park)
I liked how you included some obscure movies in there. Good video!
Round 10, I honestly can't unsee that. I can imagine Joe's reaction when he found that clip.😂
Not even the weirdest thing in Society
As a horror geek I've seen all these films and understand that some of them are cult oddities even within horror movie fandom. Even then I was surprised at how wrong everyone was getting the easier questions.
I was surprised these adults have not watched any of these 80’s and 90’s movies. I would think at least a few of them would recognize Cat’s Eye or Leprechaun.
i wanna see nicholas in a series of horror movies and how he tries to defeat the monsters
The young kid on Society was on Bay watch and Days of our lives for years, Billy Warlock.
This is pretty cool, do another part, please.😊
Raquelle is Quickly becoming a favorite.
No matter who she is paired with just wholesome fun vibes.
But she never seen Back to the Future
This was great! I knew I would do well. I gotta give credit for the teams today! They were a lot of fun! Cassie is quickly moving up on my list of favorites! Her laugh is so infectious! Not to mention that she's cute as a button!
Have to question how many of them are actually horror fans. Got all of them. Nightmare on elm street is one of my favs.
"Money was just free back then" quote of the year
Fun fact "The Frighteners" was directed by Peter Jackson
Raquelle has never seen Back to the Future? I didn't know there was anybody that's never seen Back to the Future!
Raquelle is too damn young
O.M.G. MY jaw was dropped THE WHOLE SCENE for that last one! I just....idk what else to say lol.
I knew Leprechaun because I was a huge Jennifer Aniston fan! Her first starring roll. And that leprechaun is full of one liner's! He could easily do stand up. You would die laughing! 🙄
Freddy vs Jason to me was FUNNY. And Christine is one of my fav Stephen King movies
ALSO, THAT SOUNDTRACK!
When The Frightners came on, and he said it was who I thought it was and he says you ever seen back to the future to her and she says no.
That is irrelevent, friends of mine haven't but know who Michael J Fox is and what he has been in- no good excuses!
In reference to the comment about all the Leprechaun movies and money, horror movies are notorious for having low budgets. There's a reason why plenty of famous film makers made horror movies early in their career. They are cheap to make. That's also why some tend to spawn so many sequels, they don't need a big box office return to make a profit and have enough to start the next one.
20:37 - 20:41 That was excellent acting by Raquelle, very believable!
As a side note, "Bad Taste" was Peter Jackson's first movie, and "The Frighteners" was another early film.
I wish I was a part of the React cast.. they all seem to have so much fun together.
The amount of people whom didn’t know the howling & Pumpkin head is insane
Or society that movie weird as hell
That last movie.. what the heck? Who thought up the plot for that, crazy! 😵💫🥴
Imma sue you had me rolling
Definitely should do an all Clive Barker, Wes Craven, or Stephen King episode.
That last one was...🤨... something else...🤔
The full movie is on TH-cam. Not joking
@@vectorprime7797 I'm not surprised, but not the craziest movie I've heard about... 🤷♂️
The Frighteners is one of my favorite 90s movies!! Recommend to watch it.
The last one... what the heck did I just watch????
And why does it intrigue me???
The full movie is on TH-cam. Not kidding
I know Pumpkinhead starring Lance Henriken.
Lance was also in House 3 (Wish they showed House on here. An under rated horror. House 2 is pure fun mixed with horror and has John Ratzenberger from Cheers and the voice of many Pixar Characters)
@Lapinporokoira I liked the House movies. Fun horror. Lol William Katt, George Wendt (Norm from Cheers) and Richard Moll (Bull from Night Court) in the 1st one.
Solid reactions to society at the end haha. Such a wild movie.
I LOVE these videos. I’m an 80’s & 90’s baby, Nick and I are the same age - And Cassie & Brian are such Horror movie buffs. I’m sitting here SCREAMING the answer at the screen hoping they buzz in. Lol 😂😂😂
20:58 That was an excellent scream!
On my elder brother's 19th birthday (Nebraska Adult birthday), the film Scream was released.
At 3:32 when Brian said “Oh, wait for it” that was setup perfectly to have Raquelle scared like shitless
1:26 context clues: American Werewolf in London poster is showing you the werewolf…which did not look like the video. 🤷🏻♂️
But like... that wouldn't be the first time that the poster or VHS cover looked WAY better than the actual movie 😄
2 of the films in today's show are from Lord Of the Rings Director Peter Jackson before he became big, His first film Bad Taste and his first film with Hollywood Money the the Frighteners. I was reading/looking at the book of Lore for Nightbreed/Cabal this morning, It contains all the backstory on all the resident of Midian.
I consider myself a horror fan, but I haven't seen more than half of these. The one thing I know I could 100% get correct is the release order of the A Nightmare on Elm Street films.
The 80s was very wild with horror films.
As a horror buff from the 80s this was way to easy.
As a fan of horror movies who grew up in the 80s and 90s, I'm embarrassed to admit that it took three parts of the poster for me to identify Poltergeist (I thought it was when I saw the second part with the teddy bear on the floor, but I wasn't sure), I didn't know the order of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies, and it took three parts to ID the Leprechaun cover. All the rest I knew instantly. In fact, as soon as they showed the first bit of the werewolf transformation, I instantly knew it was The Howling. Which was quite different than the book, by the way.
Recently, Robert Englund aka Freddy stated that he is done with being Freddy. Now, someone might become Freddy. There was one actor played Freddy in a remake of Nightmare, but it bombed, I think... Actor's name is Jackie Earle Haley. Haley portrayed Rorschach from 2009's Watchmen
For anyone interested in watching Nightbreed, watch the Director's Cut. Clive Barker directed it and was seriously screwed by movie company in the final cuts.
Night breed directors cut is one of my favorite movies!!
I never saw Society but I really need to! 😂😂😂😂😂
Strangely, Cat's Eye just made me afraid of cats as a child and to this day. Plus I'm allergic.
Okay, I got all of these in a ridiculously-short amount of time. This is not a brag or a boast. It's absolutely a cry for help. lol
Me yelling, "The People Under The Stairs!!!!!"
When Brian said, "Oh wait for it," i lost it😂😂😂
Cassie, you have something in common with my younger daughter. She hates clowns!
2:35 My 1st guess.
2:43 Kids in horror movies. Clearly Not The Ring, The Shining, or even The Exorcist. It's so simple.
6:44 You learn something new everyday.
11:45, 12:04 Who is this woman??? That's my guess too! We both have the same order!
13:12 Oi!
Finally, anyone who doesn't know Leprechaun has never watched Wayne's World.
The society is the best Movie for me, where's the shunting scene?😂😂
Would you rather watch society or the human centipede?
Saw High Society on TV back in the 90s and for a long time wondered if I'd imagined it as I haven't seen it since anywhere since.
I wonder if they realize that some of those horror movies were low budget stuff. They didn't need a lot of money.
Cat's Eye is a cracking movie. Nightbreed and The Frighteners are top-notch too. Society is crazy!
It says "Wes Craven's The People Under The Stairs." How do you get that wrong? That's Wes Craven's movie. That movie has nothing to with Stephen King. Enough said.
"Guess from the box cover!"
*Shows video footage*
They misunderstood their own assignment. :)
"Society" is like if Tromo Video did a take on the joke only meant for stand-up comedians; 'The Aristocrats' - which they made a doc about. If you have any sensitive bits to yourself, do not watch it HOWEVER, Betty White slays, and Bob Sagat lives up to his raunchy reputation. RIP
That was too funny definitely need a part 3😅
3:29 uncle ray ray has a surprise for you 😂😂
the frighteners I loved that movie he carve numbers in the ghost heads like he did in real life it was a cheesy but fun movie
Me too I was watching that when I am kid and that is my favorite horror movie of all time.
As a huge horror fan this episode was painful to watch...
Society was one of the best body horror
Imagine if the teens was in this segment and they saw the society they will be freaking out
This is a fantastic episode. Thank you Joe for producing it! Wish it dropped during Halloween though haha
I want compensation for having to see that last one 😕
All in for a NightBreed remake, but only if its done by Guillermo del Toro
ok that could be awesome but only if neil writes it again
I mean... it can't be any worse than the original
We need another video of this . This is truly hilarious 🤣
All correct except the Elm Street movie order. Would have gotten last wrong, if not for the process of elimination.
Love love love cat's eye...get into it😊
"I'M A HORROR FAN!" *proceeds to not know classical horror*
A+ video!
LOVE IT! What a horror odyssey!
Nightbreed’s cover was giving Outsiders vibes
I’d get along with Cassie😂
same 😊
When they pulled out NIghtbreed I nearly cried!
HELL YEAH. Cassie and Nick are the duo i LOOOVE.
The frighteners will Always be one of my favorite mjf movies
I love the Poltergeist clown parody in the movie Scary Movie 2! That poor clown! 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
This is not what I expected for the title
Fun fact: the frighteners vhs case had a 3D face making the illusion the face comes and goes 😎
I love the frighteners and I love Michael J. Fox.
Joe, I am going to need some SERIOUS THERAPY after the last video! Jeez!
Edit: I have seen the Horror movie Dolls a few years ago, and I enjoyed it
13:19 I just added Dolls (1987) to my January Watchlist
I loved seeing Dolls. Not many people know that movie. I have a memory of my dad and I watching it late at night. When it was over I went to bed. As my back was turned to my door, my dad threw a doll at me. 😂🤣 I was so freaked out I couldn't get back to sleep so we ended up watching another movie lol.
I knew all of these I’m a huge horror fan! Seen a lot from 80’s 90’s and 2000’s and more to come! I Grew up in the 80’s
I know it’s been a hot minute since I’ve seen the frighteners, but I do not remember that scene at all. I know he becomes a ghost but I don’t remember him wielding any kind of weapon like that.
Love every single one of those movies. I need to go back and have a horror movie marathon of all the movies in order of when they came out.
I Don't Like Horror Movies, But I Love The React Channel! 🥰🥰🥰
literally says wes craven on the cover
I watched The Frighteners so many times. I love MJF
