Its fact that Breasia disappeared in early morning hours, was found later shot by a fishing pond. She didn't wonder in the woods to that place shot herself and then hid the gun. Only explanation is what DL told, Henry took her, raped and killed, then hid her body to that pond. Dl was partly involved those events. I think most adults couldn't comprehend such an surprising, cruel events just like that. They leave you confused

This is so sad! He deserves the death penalty!!!! At the ending of this court day that lady connected the dots with everything she stated!! I love her for that!! 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I have a 8 year old daughter and I’m so disgusted by this. I would have murdered him myself! She was innocent just wanting to be with her brother thinking she was safe and that it was okay not knowing it was her last night on this earth. And the Dinkins girlfriend is pathetic for not asking where he was going and going outside with him to take Breasia back in the house when she looked out the window and saw that baby standing at the passenger seat of the car!! I think that the most damning evidence would be the ping of his phone at the Walmart by where they found BT's remains, that's when DL put the battery back in the phone to play the game. That was his sister's spirit guiding him to do that, or they would have never known that he was up there. Good job BT and DL

When the kid first starting talking and Dinkins smiled.... ohhhhhh now you want to realize the innocence of a child. Funny how he's finally starting to realize he messed and and the trauma he caused.

His girlfriend seen with her own eyes that he wasn’t freaking out that dear Breasia is missing.
No emotion whatsoever but anger about someone drinking his juice.

@@RichwithPeaceIn all fairness to the mom, saying she should have done her research before getting involved with this guy... 15+ years ago information was much less accessible than it is now. Social media was not prevalent and we weren't all just hopping on our laptops and looking up people's criminal history. The sex offender registry *was* a thing, but idk how much people were utilizing it.
So I can't so much fault her for not knowing what she didn't know when she got involved with him. Now, at what point she did learn his history.. what she did after that in relation to her kids I think is a bit more open to scrutiny.

DL’s innocence yet such accuracy at times is so heartbreaking to listen to. For the defense attorney to be questioning the inaccuracies with certain instances is just the lowest. This poor child is expected to recall detail for detail what he saw n witnessed 3 years ago. At 11 now, he’s still a child. Imagine having to be the one to send ur father to jail for killing ur beautiful sister. I pray Breasia receives Justice and her siblings receive therapy along with mom because her guilt goes beyond this trial. He didn’t want the older sibling to go because it would interfere with his plans. It’s how grandma knew something wasn’t right with that man . 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 to them all. His ex gf is being attacked but she’s terrified of that man. She knew what he was or is capable of. Even if she never saw it I’m sure he showed signs. His abuse extends beyond kids. He killed her because he was not going back to prison for the same thing. He has been been a violent predator since he was a teenager when he r@ped and beat a 5yr old girl. Im sure that he has done this more than once since being released from prison and a lot of the missing minor females were victims of his. Im so pissed at Andrea she knew what was going on and had more than on opportunity to save Breasia while she was alive and did not do anything not even as him where she was. She had a chance for henry to be taken into custody and possibly find Breasia's body sooner by telling the truth to the police when the talked to her. That female cop who interviewed DL didn't do that well. She was really irking me on the second interview. I've just gotten as far as the beginning when she's asking him if he knows the difference between the truth and a lie, and I'm already done with her. Making him look at her? Telling him to take things off (sunglasses)? Pressing him when he's clearly not ready. I mean, just awful interviewing skills. She's not listening to what he WANTS to say, she's forcing him too much in her direction. If she would have chilled out and let him speak, try to relate to what he was saying instead of brushing it off and moving on to her next question, he would have been more relaxed and had an easier time thinking. I just can't with these people. She's a detective!
Wow. He literally tells her she's confusing him, and she denies it!!! Lady, wtf? She's interrupting his answers. That poor boy. He's made it clear he does not want her calling Henry his dad, but she just won't stop.

My understanding is the mother knew about this man’s previous pedo charges? If this is true, most prosecutors/state will also charge the parent for negligence of the death or harm of the child in question. Will her mother face those charges? If she did know about his past charges, she sent underage children into his care which is equally as disturbing.

Better to get info from a kid that age throught calm conversation, not so much ????? Takes time and patience for a child to trust you and get your confidence. I got 3 grown kids and am a teacher , used to talk to kids all ages. The detective is doing rather well with DL, but he is kind of loud and bored. And he is angry at his dad. Henry was suppose to spend time with his son, but did not do that. All the kids did was play videogames. Typical nowdays. Henry was only interested in Bre. Sick killer. Disgusting

Also have to wonder how depraved some of these people are, in the police body cam video the officer was baffled since none of these adults seem to care for the missing child, like its not their concern. Indifferent adults, drugs, sex offenders as care takers, jails, murder trials where his dads lawyer tries to discredit and break 11 year old child - did these kids even have a chance.

After listening to that second interview, I've gotta disagree with everyone who thinks DL was getting upset bc he saw something with Henry he didn't want to talk about. I think he was getting upset for the exact reasons he said he was getting upset..
He was tired of sitting in there and having the same 5 or 6 questions posed to him a million different ways. He didn't like that she was talking to him like he was a little kid (always saying Daddy and Mama, asking him things like, Do you know what a clue is, etc) she kept saying his name wrong, kept saying Daddy instead of Henry like DL wanted her to, kept telling him she knew different than what he was saying was true, and when she went to leave the room, she said I'm gonna go tell your mom you're not telling me everything. *That's* when he really got upset.
And then she wouldn't let him leave the room, so he sat in there and cried out of frustration. And this was all *before* they made him go on another hours long drive with them, despite him voicing his clear objection to doing so.
