Girlfriend should have been charged with him also for acting like she didn’t know and sitting in the living room while she GD well he was molesting that baby. Both of them are sorry AF.
I agree. I watched this trial and when his Girlfriend said she saw that poor little girl standing outside of his car around 3:30 am in nothing but a t-shirt after he came back home to get 'something', before going back out and putting her back in the car and leaving. I was sickened. I don't care if she feared him or not, she might have prevented that little one losing her life if she had just called the police. She should have been charged with something. Especially since she admitted she was worried he was going to do something bad to her.
The breakdown when the mum couldnt sleep without knowing about her daughter was heart wrenching, nobody should go through that. What an awful awful 'man'
There is fault, and not small one. He witnessed the monster take away the girl in a sneaky way. He could have called his mom or talk to the women he stayed with.

It was also telling that he pushed back when the cop suggested going door to door. "I don't know them people". That was the 2nd red flag. She then said “okay, we’re not telling your sister that” although she did tell me. So panicked and it was in a split second, she felt so bad.
I found it disingenuous, frankly. Not for nothing, but their department let too much time lapse before finding Breasia’s remains & before interviewing the tow-truck driver. AOG he still had a soil sample underneath his truck! Naturally, there will be delays to going to trial. But this story is vague on timelines in terms of discovery & dates. @@lyfebooks3916 Damn RIGHT! He spent time in prison for it.
@@lyfebooks3916too bad she didn’t leave her daughter with him. The grandmother did while you over here passing judgement.
She should have done a BACKGROUND check! To anyone that is reading this do a background check on Any and everyone that you meet! Especially before getting into a serious relationship with them. It is very important to do so.
In the first few minutes, the stepfather is awfully defensive.....
He was not Breasia's Stepfather, her mother was not married to that POS
Exactly what I thought. Love the pfp😂❤
Oh my word your pfp is brilliant 😂
Hillarious picture
Now I truly understand why my dad was so cautious about me having sleepovers. He NEEDED to know the parents before I went anywhere, and I remember at the time, it made me mad,(because I thought I knew everything), and now I am just 100x more thankful for my father, who also has always been my mother figure
He did that to a ten year old little girl! Horrific!
He’s a disgusting vile demon
When he said his dad was in the room with his sister while he and his step mom were in the livingroom but wouldn't say what the dad and little girl were doing in that room, my heart sank. I knew this wasn't going to end well.
Also why didn't the adult girlfriend find that sus
@@afcyouth1034 so true! Seems to me she covered for him the entire night. She didn't even come forward with a partial truth until after finding out the little girl was dead if I remember correctly.
My question why she wasn't concerned she knew a woman knows when sum ain't right u begin to wonder ok sum ain't right she knew 😢😢😢😢
@@afcyouth1034she did find it sus. These trash women will do anything to keep a man around.
Her screams of distress for her baby made me break out in tears. The reason behind those screams are what I never want to experience. Heart breaking 💔 😢
I could feel that deep in my heart as a father myself!
I'd never felt so bad. I she'd a tear that exact moment 😢
The granny telling her don't go is sad as the case, prayers to the family
This is why I don't trust ANYBODY with my son.
Facts
Neither do I.... N O B O D Y.
SAMEEEE
Not even my kids father 😢
this is why I don't trust anyone period.
He left the house and she was missing when he came back. Cmon now.
Those mom's cries broke my heart. I can't imagine losing a child. I'm so so sorry.
But she cause her daughter’s death. She failed her miserably
@@ThePatynightwhy would you say that? Do you have no empathy whatsoever?
Broke me too. I can’t even imagine. 😢
Then why would she leave her kid with this slob
@@bethroberts2575she left her daughter with a child abuser
He a whole BUM. Hope they handling him well in jail 🤬
Hearing momma cry for her really split my heart.
What about hearing the brother say he guesses ,he was there when the dad ended her 😢.
I wonder if people have selective hearing or if we are watching the same video. The mother was at work. The children were in the care of the grandmother. The grandmother told Breasia she couldn’t go but she went with the brother anyway. Also, he was 17 when he committed SA on a 5 year old so as a juvenile his records may have been sealed.
Exactly it’s like all those things flew over their heads 😂😂😂😂
boosting this
The grandmother should of called the police if she left her house
When your 17 you don't go to juvenile so his record will not be sealed
If your 17 you get tried as an adult so his record would not be sealed
This why you can’t send your daughters anywhere to spend the night.
Not only girls but boys too
Or sons. I kept both mine on my hip literally
This is why I am so protective of my kids. Sorry not sorry no sleeps overs.
Sons either
Sons either EXPECIALLY round blk males blk men aren't safe around other blk males
That mother’s cry broke me.
These days, sleepovers should be at your own risk. There are too many weird and sick people everywhere even your family and friends.
She was a kid
Tbf, in this situation, she was sleeping over so she could spend time with her little brother.
Never underestimate the unconditional love of a sibling
She was never entrusted to his care, he stole her from her grandmother while his ex was on an overnight work shift and he was supposed to only take his son for visitation
He should have never been in the House.
And the grandmother just let him ? Despicable
@@Neesi392right? He would’ve had to k*ll my momma before he took my child. What kinda grandma is she? Despicable indeed!
@@Neesi392D.L. said that the grandma said not to go but breasia ended up going
😮
I feel like the detective interviewing the little boy could have done a better job. You could tell she was getting frustrated but I'm sure he was scared to say too much. he did say that the father said he would tear him up if he told. She could have been more sensitive at that point and guaranteed his safety and let him know he could be his sisters hero. Poor little baby girl.. she was so adorable
This broke my heart. I can’t imagine the little girls final moments and what she must’ve felt 😢 rest in paradise babygirl
Listen to the way he answers the question - what car were you in? His answer is really strange and not something you would forget no matter how many cars you have. His answers and body language reeks of deception 😡 my heart goes out the precious girl💔
I was thinking the same thing. He’s a coldblooded monster.
You could tell he was guilty from jump, no emotion, worried about protecting his self, he didn’t wanna let them get his phone records he knew what he was doing
I wouldn’t give my phone up neither.. and I’m innocent
@@siesiechampion I'm sorry but if it meant figuring out where my child was I'd give them my phone, my computer, my tablet whatever they needed if it's in my power to do I'd do it. Anyone refusing to give their phone when a child is missing is seriously suspicious.
@@siesiechampion huh?
@@siesiechampion nah if it’s for your kid you gonna do whatever necessary
When I say my heart broke listening to her mother break down, I felt that in my soul. I am so sorry this happened to you. So very heartbreaking. I could never imagine what that feels like.😢
Hearing mom scream like that broke my heart
Started crying immediately at that
Me too
The fact that he was so calm, acting like he just was a victim who's trying his best, hours after he shot the poor girl in the head, establishes he is a sociopath..
I hope jail Justice kicks in
Psychopath, more like
Then there’s no rehabilitation why waste taxes and resources
Death penalty
I pray the young brother doesn't grow up blaming himself...I hope he knows, he was the only person that loved his sister
What about her mom? She didn't choose for her daughter to go to his house, it was the grandma that took her there.
The mom dropped off clothes to her, she should've taken her home @MicaChuStudio
They were careless with him during the interrogation. When he said he was tired of the questions, the woman just said "you are the key to finding your sister". Way to put all that pressure on an 8 year old kid.
