Henry Dinkins stands accused of murdering 10-year-old Breasia Terrell in July 2020. The judge's verdict is set to be read in a Scott County, Iowa courtroom this morning around 9.

Yes, this young man at only eight years old then had more courage than many adults to tell the true story, most of all he had love in his heart for his beloved sister. ❤️
True. He had more of an impact than Henry’s live in girlfriend (Andrea) had. At least he stepped up and told what he heard/witnessed from the start. Wish scared or not Andrea would’ve done more to protect an innocent child. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 to DL and those that really cared for Breasia.

The fact that he knew the entire time where this baby was is so sick, she didn’t have the proper burial instead she was left alone, for the rest of Summer, Fall, Winter, and finally Spring she was found! The judge read off the whole sordid tale of Dinkins and his evil and it felt like such a relief to hear the guilty verdict after all these days of trial. When Dinkins was shaking his head at the guilty of first degree murder verdict, I thought I would shake my head too if I had done what he did. Be here on October 11th for the sentencing.
Also, Dunkin’s was shaking his head and sushi’s teeth when DL was on the stand testifying.
The animal has no remorse and l'm glad he was found guilty for murdering the lil girl aka baby 😢

Girl, this case has put a pit in my stomach! Just the thought of Breasia standing alone in the parking lot in the middle of the night, scared and wanting her mom. She knew something bad was going to happen. 💔

This case triggered me in so many ways . My abuser used to take me out of a room where my cousins and I would sleep. The horror that sweet girl faced with this vile creature infuriates me! My older. Cousin saved my life one night and told my abuser I know what your doing and never come in my room again😭 I had no voice! Thank you judge for justice for Breasia! We must protect our children 😢

I was 4 when it happened to me. I think I was too much in shock to speak up. I never remember being threatened about speaking up. It happened about 3 times and I didn’t tell my mom until I was 12. She cried but she did nothing. It was swept under the rug. Her reasoning was y tell me so late? I can’t do nothing now. Sure she could. Did she care enough to learn the law? Learn that there are no statutes of limitations? I’ve always wondered. My abuser was 16 at the time. His life didn’t pan out so well for him. I heard thru the grapevine that his health was terrible. He died at 45

When the judge is on the verge of tears, you know he's going to sentence Dinkin's to the maximum.
This verdict not only gives justice to Breasia. It saves other little girls from this monster. There would surely be other victims had he been set free! Andrea Culbertson is guilty as well. Imo, she's an accomplice to Breasia's murder and could have saved her by calling 911!!!! I pray God exacts his judgement upon her soon.

I am happy for the verdict. The judge was awesome. He realized that DL’s anger and behaviors were from trauma and didn’t label it as anything else because often people do label it as negative. Much like that idiot who interviewed him at the police station. NO child should have this much pressure and trauma placed on his shoulders!! But here we are every day seeing it played out. I feel really bad for all children involved because ALL adults in this case failed them. I hope parents will use this as a cautionary tell. So sad. I hope D. L. is okay because he needs healing.

This is the first trial that I’ve ever watched in its entirety. The judge was so professional and eloquent and he brought me to tears with the compassion he showed.

If Breasia could read this I would say to her that she didn’t deserve any of this. That she was a beautiful sweet girl who should still be here, dancing, laughing and having lots of fun with friends and activities to do and to be cherished by her family.

I keep wondering if he yanked her out with his hands over her mouth , then threatened to kill everyone else if she didn’t keep quiet. 😓🤧 She’s with other children now playing. I don't understand for the life of me how any person, especially a woman, girlfriend, or even a female associate, see her man with a 10-year old at 3am from a window and don't call out to them or go down there and see what's going on? I believe that she knew that he was perv, knew his taste, and what he was up to. In the Judge's statement, he says that when the girlfriend questioned him when he came back in the house but he didn't answer her. She should have woke the son up right away and asked if he knew what was going on. Then got his found his phone gave it to the son and called their mother. There is so much wrong that this woman had done. There are many women that's partnered with a perv and so scared to ask questions, especially when they see them do strange things like isolate their children.

When they mentioned he went back and forth to his sister's house 3 seperate times that same morning...... definitely suspicious. The gold shoes and the shorts he had on were never found, nor were Breasia's shoes ever found.
Breasia Terrel such a beautiful, loving, carefree, happy go lucky little girl. She loved making videos for her Tik Tok, she loved her teachers and friends, she loved her family, she loved living life and she had every right to grow into adulthood along with her siblings and someday have her own loving husband and family unfortunately; a "Wicked Creature" snatched those rights away from her. The lovely child will be forever missed on Earth not only by her friends and family but those she never knew who's life she touched in death. Most importantly she is remembered by her caring Heavenly father Jehovah and through his loving memory she will someday have a resurrection of life and these painful memories of what happened to her will not come to mind; but for now on this day, in this hearing, in the courtroom of the honorable Judge Henry Latham JUSTICE IS SERVED! 🙏

I couldn’t count the amount of blinking he was doing, unbelievable how much he tried to remain calm. I commend the judge for empathy felt while reading. He wanted easy access to this poor baby girl in his 4XL T SHIRT , justice served🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😂
My heart was broken now it's going to heal with the news that this monster will never ever walk amongst us ever again. Only he seemed to think he had convinced us that he did nothing wrong yet his actions from the start were shocking and bazaar. The Judge only ever had one verdict 'Guilty, Guilty, Guilty' and he as usual just shook his head then stared up at the ceiling like he was waiting for God to save him. Only the devil will be collecting Mr Dinkins and taking him to hell. God bless that beautiful innocent little girl.

my heart is with Breasia, her mother, her brothers, and remainder of family and friends. This sweet little girl in no way deserved to be treated in this manner. May her Soul be at rest now that the facts are out and this monster will be in prison for the rest of his days on earth. The Judge in this case was very professional at all times as he held the monster accountable for what he did.

The pain this family had to endure for the past 3yrs and finally it's over. There was only one outcome and that was the right one Guilty. Breaks my heart and I cried so much seeing Briasia' mum and family after all these years. So grateful the judge got this right.

What if Andrea insisted that he take his phone because she knew he had did something and disposed of Breasia and she thought he would do something to DL as well; if so she knew that phone would indicate that he was not at home had he told the lie that he was home the entire time???😢
She could have very well been trying to clear her name but she was afraid to ask him where that baby was when he returned without her (she could have saved her had she spoke when she saw her at the car).
Thanks for DL putting that battery back in the phone. By him standing outside of the Walmart the other patrons would have been triggered by the mention of the distinctive gold and black shoes and remembered they saw him standing around waiting for walmart to open. They all did a great job!!

Why wasn't his girlfriend arrested - she knew what was about to happen - he wasn't taking her to McDonald's at 3:30 in the morning - she should have locked her door and called 9-11, her Mother, etc.

This is one of the most HORRIFIC cases that I have ever followed! So many questions why?
Why would the grandma let her leave?
Why would the mother allow her to be with a convicted child molester?
Why is it okay for all the kids to come except the older son?
Why would a girlfriend wake up and see a child missing and boyfriend and don’t call anyone?
Why as a girlfriend would you see a female 10 yr child standing outside by a car at 3am and not do anything?
Why would you not know something is wrong as a girlfriend to a man you’ve been dating for six years?
Why would he have her out at 3am and not his biological son?
Why as girlfriend you say I don’t know what he came and got out the closet( he lives with you I’m sure you know what’s in the closet)?
All the wading signs had been thrown in the girlfriends face and she did NOTHING! Oh GOD it hurts listening to the details of this crime!
You Rape her inside the RV, You shoot her point blank range, you pour bleach over her body to hide evidence, and then bury her in shallow GRAVE!!!!

So it appears that he gave them those white tee shirts to sleep in so he could have easy access to the girl. It was sickening to hear that that baby was only wearing that white tee shirt when she was last seen alive standing outside with that man at 3AM. 😢 Why didn’t that girlfriend say something? Anything? Could have yelled out lord get that child in here she needs some shorts on and it’s way too late. Or anything to help save that little girl. Justice was served and I hope that the family will find peace. Excellent job done by the judge, prosecutors, detectives and police officers, witnesses, including the jail witnesses who probably were also sickened. Just wow.
