I hate to break it to you but in response many skilled child protection paediatricians are now contemplating their jobs and not many people want to do this very difficult and challenging job. Who will protect the vulnerable children and babies presenting to ER with signs suggestive of NAI? Just turn a blind eye and worry about litigation??

Beata called it that JHACH was using the DCF system because they KNEW there were DCF protections for them while inflicting the most harm. JHACH and Sally smith have a documented history of doing this.

Exactly, @debb481. It doesn’t make the judge biased to make a ruling on the facts presented. Whether or not the judge believes the guy is not nearly as relevant as the evidence produced. There’s no actual evidence, only suspicion, and the man did not admit to it or give anything away under direct questioning. No other ruling here would have been appropriate.

The losers in any fight always look for someone to blame. What about the unethical, unproductive defense attorneys and the bad treatment of Maya by this hospital (treatment which continued to show why they almost lost their funding a few years earlier).
