Perfect platform for upgrades = Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R. Nissan couldn't make it faster for political reasons, so a GT-R with around 600-700hp, is something that al R34's should have. 1000hp is always over the top, because it's always undrivable OR incredibly expensive.
