I got lucky. I live in Canada and found a Kia Stinger with the Korean style carbon fibre interior. It’s fake carbon, but it’s OEM. Way better looking compared to the silver look.
I’m sold on the center console area but most of the other areas look a bit tacked on. I think the company could slightly improve in that regard. Also making it to where us with GT1’s and below that have the shifter could have that area covered in cf as well. Until that’s done I’d personally hold off until then. I also wouldn’t be willing to cover the beautiful ambient lighting like yourself to cover that in cf. if they just made the center console area as a standalone CF kit that covered the shifter area as well id buy that piece!
I agree, some of these overlays could use a little more shaping to fit the areas better. I’d also love for them to make more for the GT1s/Lines. They told me they are working on some things now that they might be willing to let me test.
@@KDMCurt For the center console area I wish the carbon would go over the edges. The silver that shows on the edge makes it look cheap. I seen some hard carbon covers but not for the US model.
@@SteelCyclone1, I'm from Australia and looking for something to cover the centre console. Very hard to find, short of wrapping it myself. Where have you seen RHD covers?

Yes the 8 piece option should be the pillar posts.
Is a 3m tape promotor required when applying the parts to the door pillars ?

I definitely prefer the new/real carbon fiber. Something about it just looks so much better than the hydro dipped stuff to me.

I have those pillars I love them! So the pieces you took off inside don’t match the new stuff you just put on, because I was just thinking of replacing my center console because I like the fact this one covers more around the cup holders
Yeah unfortunately these don’t match the armrest cover or the door that closes for the charging tray/usb ports.

A Etsy seller was willing to sell certain parts because I didn’t want or need the whole kit. It looks good tho just wished it matched what I already have inside. Thanks again! Thanks man, actually thinking about getting a full exhaust kit for the Stinger. There’s companies that are now making them that work with the EVC’s on the 2022’s so I’m trying to wait and see what they’re like.

Those ones you put on just doesn’t look that good as it does not cover the entire surface. You can still see the expose trim.
