I have my overdrive button on my shifter knob so can I change my knob the same as yours?

Thats not a filter its a 1 way valve not needed limits air good thing you didnt install it

Soooo only problem with mine is, I have the OD button also on my shifter. Anyway to get around that? I’d assume I’d either have to cut it and have it disconnected

Not trying to look like a manual, just got bad arthritis and the button on the side of the shifter fucks with my wrist. For the most part it looks like it would be easier on my hand when my hand doesn't want to hand

Just followed this video for dash cam installation - only took a few minutes. The trickiest part was removing the plastic shroud - my 23 phev sorento is a little different, I found pushing the shroud down towards the angle of the windscreen worked best to get it off!! Great video thanks 👍

Hi, you seem responsive and know what you are doing with these cars, can you answer a question please. Sister bought used 2015 Optima, which is going through a quart of oil every week or so. I can’t do a piston soak due to her needing car every day, trying the bare minimum at first. I will be using BG 109 EPR to clean out before oil change, new PCV valve, using Valvoline Restore and Protect synthetic for four oil changes at least (they recommend), as it’s reported to help remove carbon. I also will be using CRC GDI valve cleaner, which is where my question comes in, plus I’m pondering a catch can to stop any further issues, I have one on my ecoboost. Question. My plan was to inject into intake as per instructions, avoiding MAF sensor, but do you think there is any benefit injecting some into PVC line? Not sure how these engines work, not sure if it is harmful or helpful at all. Anyway, thanks in advance, you did a good video. I’ll subscribe, but doubt I’ll do any more mods to her car, she’s a broke girl just trying to get from A to B, doesn’t care about that stuff. If my steps don’t help out, might try something more involved later.

This has to be the dumbest setup for a wiper blade change. So frustrating.

Some people find a ground and some people don’t. Which way is the right way? Yesterday I got my car to start by simply connecting red to red and black to black. Afterwards I smells a little electric smoke smell. So then today I tried jumping my car again but I grounded it to a metal bolt under the hood and it did not work.

i've done the electrical tape trick, it does work... however its only a temporary fix is there any aftermarket sized metal latches we can buy to fix this permanently ?

Just changed mine but wanted to make everyone aware if you are replacing the air filter with an STP SA50088, the locking switches are different. You need to pull them out to have them unlocked and push the locks in to lock it in place vice flipping them down to unlock and flipping them up to unlock. Besides that everything was smooth. Thanks bro! Saved me some money!!!

Actually, I'd like to save the driver's side handle in case I do need it! I rarely have a passenger, so I might consider putting the case on that side. I'll just need to see if it's too far of reach for me!
