    What that mean to resistance urself form anxiety

      Anxiety itself does not cause you suffering, it is your resistance towards anxiety that makes you suffer. Therefore stop resisting, or catch yourself when you resist.

    So if I’m hyperventilating I shouldn’t take bigger breaths? I don’t know if I can control that, it just sort of happens. Am I understanding this correctly?

      @@jackiek4159 I still deal with hyperventilation unfortunately. It comes and goes but it’s my most stubborn anxiety symptom, I wish I could overcome it once and for all!
