I really appreciate you posting these videos and your free booklet. I haven't had a panic attack in a long time and forgot a lot of the tools to overcome it. It was a drug induced panic attack. Those helped immensely and I also learned some new tools. What would be the best avenue to support you monetarily? Thanks!

This is the first time I’ve heard someone explain this like you have. It comforts me to know everyone has that spike in the morning and also that I’m not doing anything wrong in my recovery. I too feel my best in the evening and I’m sleeping through which I never did before so I always wondered why every morning I wake with anxiety and I’ve been getting so frustrated over it. It’s great to know it’s normal and I’m not doing anything wrong with my recovery 😊

      Don't depend on family members....
Just go out and try slowly to back to ur normal routine as u were before.....
Do everything even if u feel uncomfortable and scared....
Let the thoughts run in ur mind,, let the symptoms be there,, leave every coping techniques (supplement, oil etc etc)
      Try to act like normal...
Don't get involved with ur thoughts (overthinking),, try to socialize urself,, make healthy routine,, don't sit alone and think for long hrs....
Ur nervous system will desensitizee again...
      U will overcome...
Watch shaan's video to understand more better...
      And learn to stop overthinking...

Everyone’s anxiety in the morning typically comes as short of breath , chest tightness , or the feeling of vomiting and going to the toilet, it happens every morning to most of anxiety individuals, but cortisol was what causes stress hormones all throughout the day, and yes it makes you overreact to little body pain or numbness but I’ve been doing exercises everyday to distract that’s stress and when I’m not doing anything I meditate most of the day and not focus on anything else, it helps a little bit but one step at a time.

I’ve dealt with anxiety for around 10 years and it does get better!
Yes I still get anxiety but less strong, it’s shorter and I know how to deal with it.
Usually if I get morning anxiety now it’s after falling into a small panic/ anxiety attack. Then it feels like my nervous system is super sensitized and it takes a bit to heal it again. Now it usually lasts 5-7 days for me. I accept it, I immediately go on a morning walk, I try to breathe, if my mind starts running I go back to focusing on my breathing 100 times if that’s what it takes.
I do normal life as best as possible but instead of a full apartment deep clean, maybe I’ll just clean the kitchen. I adapt it and try to not overwhelm myself. Be kind and loving with yourself!!!
And go to bed early! Drink some tea, read a book and go to bed so that when you get woken up by that anxiety you at least had a few good hours of sleep.
I’m “only” 29 now and have gotten my anxiety under control so much better (even got off my anti depressants) and just comparing it to 2 years ago it’s insane improvements I made. You can too! You do not have to struggle like this forever ❤

this helped quite alot. it's really hard to comprehend why you would be afraid when logically you know you're completely safe and everything is fine. but basically 'fight or flight' is kicking on at inappropriate times.
you see i've known this for years having fought anxiety on and off since 2002 but i never realized why it tends to be worse right when i wake up and why it is often preceded by unpleasant dreams. and, no, you can't "logic" your way out of it but through videos like this and things like 'eft' tapping and whatnot it can be brought under some kind of control.

I had an adrenal tumor that was raising my baseline cortisol level. They did a thing called a suppression test that showed my adrenal was off line. I never even knew what the heck cortisol even WAS until about 20 years ago hearing some local NY radio commercials about some stress vitamin aid or product or therapy service,
that kept running all day long, talking about "cortisol, it's a nasty little stress hormone that bla bla bla bla...." and I got the gist of what it can do to you. But this vid. gave me a better
handle on it. I do get some minor morning anxiety, but usually once I'm out and in the car and on my way to get breakfast at a familiar local place, I calm down and settle in and have
less anxiety. I make sure these days I wake up pretty early, for some reason the earlier the better even though I don't work FT anymore. Wake up early and you can fake out
your nervous system and giver yourself more time to kind of rebound. Morning anxiety for me was much worse decades ago getting up super early for work and all that,
commuting to NYC or in NYC. Oh man. But usually I was able to get into that routine. Sometimes years later, as I had more issues, it was more difficult.

Before bed it helps a lot to take VitB1 and magnesium. It's nervous system food. Any health store will have these. It will help u sleep...lack of sleep makes your body even more tense and wake up constantly middle of the night.

It's interesting that you mention coffee. Until fairly recently I used to drink coffee in a 'normal' sort of way, and I don't remember even getting the 'buzz' from it that is often talked about. Yet since I retired about 8 years ago I've found that a single mouthful of coffee after 20 minutes or so will make me feel most uncomfortable - nervous and jittery. Nowadays I occasionally risk a small cup of decaff, and even that makes me feel slightly peculiar. This then is just part and parcel of an over-sensitised nervous system?

Because you feel like there's no escape...that's why. But again. It's just there the anxiety. It has absolutely nothing to do with where you are. Your nervous system just thinks it's a threat. Hard to leave when you're in a hair dressing chair. . and hard to leave when you're in a shower all wet.... .so it's the feeling of not being able to run if u need to
But again, there is no threat. It's all just our over stimulated nervous system making us feel like it's dangerous . But it's not. At all . Watch ALL his videos. You'll understand that too.

But for me it always seems when it’s when I have to get up early (I.e waking up from an alarm) where it is the absolute worst. My symptoms start going away pretty quickly which I guess I’m lucky for but for me I’d say it’s the first hour to hour and a half of the morning is pure hell. But if I get up naturally early and it’s a day off or something it’s not nearly as bad. Idk 🤷 lol just nice to know that it’s not very uncommon which almost made me feel better this morning alone!
