    You explained very well how anxiety works. I think that the most difficult thing to do is allow the trigger to come and don't respond in fear. This is the key. It's hard because anxiety makes you irrational and confused.

Don't think you can't do it like everyone else either, nobody can do it effortlessly, not straight away. It becomes effortless when you see that letting go of the fight is what releases you. Shaan is on point. One thing I must say, recognize that the anxiety will come back over n over again. It might do this for awhile, your only job is to not respond in fear every time it comes back. EVERY TIME! Tell it “fuk u”, allow it, don’t respond, n refocus onto present. U might have to do this for awhile before the mind starts doing it automatically on its own.

    Your thoughts shouldn’t scare you. When you realize your thoughts don’t control the real world you will be free. Put yourself in uncomfortable situations and you’ll be okay 🙏 Realize that this is only temporary and you aren’t in any danger. You are not alone in this and you WILL make it through. I had really bad depression and anxiety attacks after getting too high from marijuana and I am feeling so much better now. I can sit alone and not freak out because I know I’m ok and nothing is gonna hurt me. Do not give up and know we’re all here for you

      That is true but what do one do in case of fixation on a thought? I have a thought but I don't engage with it but I am hyperfocused on the thought. My point is, if I try to not pay too much attention to it or ignore it, doesn't it mean I am resisting it or something. Idk what to do

    • @SCRNDOOB
      @SCRNDOOB 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@iinferuslunitaa3169 yes it does indeed. It’s OK to have thoughts. Even thoughts you don’t like. EVERYONE has intrusive thoughts but the trick is to realize that just because you think a certain way, doesn’t mean you have to take it seriously. Don’t let what you think scare you and realize that everyone has thoughts they don’t like but you don’t have to let them get in the way of your life. Don’t try to keep the thoughts away. Just realize that they aren’t who you really are.
