NOTICE, it is possible to install new rocker arms without removing the camshaft.
I've just replaced front most 4 rocker arms .
adjust the screw all the way up.
Make sure camshaft lobe is at about 45 degrees (seems to be flatter than the bottom (90 degrees))
place end of rocker arm on valve and push the rocker arm screw in it's location.
With some effort it's doable.
