The way to know which side is the senate and which side is the house: if you're looking at the capitol from the front (where the steps lead into the chamber (unlike the picture in this video))then the house is on the left, and the senate is on the right.
The Senate and Congress need term limits to stop greedy lifetime politicians!! Neither one should be a lifetime job or able make millions of the American people!!! Two terms at the most!!

Would that discharge petition be typical to pass when half the house is affected by the "plandemic" and can't make choices because they have to be quarantined? There is another aspect of that question which i dare not mention for the fact that that information can be manipulated once i say it. However, reaearch into that is something i may do and to find out nunbers behind it. That can show other clues as to thr overall plan of the elotes running the world as well as their pawns in our government.

The only thing the House can pass without the senate is a House Resolution (H.Res). And it's not bound by law because the president doesn't sign it. It's usually just an internal self-governing document the House uses to regulate itself (like the adoption of new rules in a new congress every 2 years).

What I dont understand is how the senate gets to have an election every 2 years even though only 1/3 of the senate is renewed per 2 year in a 6 year term Does it mean that some states dont vote for their senator during some elections?

The senate should go the way of the British House of Lords . It should be merely an advisory board with no law making power . In fact abolish it entirely . Abolish the presidency too . A truer democratic republic would be a multiparty Parliamentary system based on proportional voting results ( not first past the post, i.e. winner takes all ) and proportional representation .
